'The Four Foundations,' also known as the Satipatthana, are the Buddha's teachings on Mindfulness and are often described as "The Direct Path to Realization." This is a live recording from August 2018 at the NC Zen Center in Pittsboro, NC, where the local Sangha held a day of discussion and meditation regarding 'The Four Foundations'.
