Welcome to this theta healing meditation where we're going to ask the creator of all that is to help us integrate any changes that we want to manifest in our lives.

Let's just start to get comfortable.

You can lie down,

You can sit down.

The only thing that's needed is that your back is straight.

We're gonna visualize so it helps to close the eyes,

Closing our eyes,

Taking a few long deep breaths here.

Just allowing yourself to really sink into the space,

Into the surface that you're in,

Into the breath coming in and out of your body,

Into the sensations of your body,

The temperature of the air around you.

Also connecting with this weaving web of people meditating with you today.

No need to do anything,

Just inhale and exhale,

Surrendering the weight of your body deeper into the surface that you're sitting on or lying down on.

You can inhale through the nose,

Exhale through the nose or the mouth.

Taking this moment to also acknowledge your presence in this web of humans meditating,

Acknowledging your breath,

Your body,

The presence of your being,

Your heart.

Taking this next few breaths to really just exhale all the weight of your body into the surface that you're sitting or lying down on.

Taking your attention to the center of your heart.

Taking your attention to the whole chest cavity,

The ribs expanding and contracting with your breath.

Maybe you sense,

Feel your heartbeat,

Maybe no,

But just take all your attention to the chest cavity.

And as you keep breathing with your attention here,

Just imagine,

Visualize,

Sense,

Feel a spark of golden light that starts to ignite in the center of your chest.

Visualize how this golden light,

It starts to expand and activate with every inhale and every exhale.

Observe it pulsate with your breath.

With every inhale,

It expands.

With every exhale,

It contracts just a tiny bit.

And with the next inhale,

It's going to expand and activate.

Expand again,

Open up,

Become bigger and contract a tiny bit.

So every time you inhale,

It's becoming bigger and bigger,

Pulsating like a heart with your breath.

Just feeling,

Observing this golden light becoming bigger and bigger in the center of your chest.

If your thoughts take you somewhere else,

Just notice that and come back to the pulsating golden light in the center of your chest.

And as you exhale,

Start to allow this golden light to start to fall,

To trickle all the way down to your hips.

If you're sitting down and from the hips all the way down to the soles of your feet.

If you're lying down,

It might start to just come all the way down from all those places of your body that are touching the surface.

So visualize,

Sense,

Feel this golden light in the center of your heart starting to come down through your body into the surface that you're lying down on or sitting on.

Allowing it to fall even more down into the floor of the space that you're in.

If you're in a building,

Allowing it to go all the way down to the foundation of the space that you are in.

And allowing it to go to this first layer of pure earth.

At first,

There might be some roots,

Some stones and just keep allowing this golden light from the center of your chest to trickle down all the places that are touching the surface,

All the way through the surface to the floor to this first layer of earth.

Allowing it to keep going down,

This golden energy knows where it's going and just allow it to pull your attention all the way down into the center of the earth,

Passing through layers and minerals,

Through sand and rocks,

Going lower and lower,

Passing through caves and underwater,

Under the earth,

Water and rivers,

Going still more down,

Crossing that tectonic plates,

Passing through all the layers of the earth,

Coming close to the center,

The core of the earth and observe,

Sense,

Feel what it feels like for you to come close to the center,

The core,

The heart of the earth.

Passing through the heat,

The gases,

The lava,

The fire and arriving at the very center of the earth.

Just take a moment to observe,

To feel yourself in the center of the earth and in this space,

In your own words,

Let's just give gratitude to the earth for being our home,

For all the nurturing,

Loving energy she gives so freely to every single being that's part of her.

Giving gratitude to her waters,

The life-giving water to all of nature and from this space,

Let's ask in our head,

Our earth mother,

To feel this golden light with her energy,

Allowing it to become either blue or red,

Ruby or emerald green,

Whichever color appears to you.

Giving our earth mother our gratitude one more time,

For filling all of this golden light with her energy so that we can shoot up to the seventh plane of creation.

Observing this golden light now colored with the earth energy color,

Bowing with gratitude to the earth as this light starts to slowly come up.

All the layers that it will pass,

It will color with this earth energy color.

So slowly allowing this earth energy to come floating back up through the core of the earth,

Through the lava,

The fire,

The hot gases.

Painting all of these with the earth energy color,

Either this blue or green emerald or red ruby or the three of them at the same time.

Coming all the way up very gently,

Slowly passing through all the closest layers to the core of the earth.

Coming up to this huge layer of just earth,

Crossing over stones,

Water,

Caves and minerals,

Sands.

Observing how this earth energy starts to come up this huge layer of earth and starts to come closer to where you are at.

Painting all the layers that this earth energy passed through with the color of the earth.

Blue,

Emerald,

Green or red ruby.

Allowing it to come to the foundation of the building or the house or really close to where you're seated.

Allowing it to paint all the nature,

All the city,

Everything that surrounds you with this earth energy color.

Allowing it to come to the floor of your house or where you're at.

Painting all the building,

Your home,

The walls,

The windows with this earth energy color.

Coming up to the surface that you're sitting on or lying down on.

Allowing to paint this also with the earth energy color.

And allowing this earth energy to come in through the soles of your feet.

Painting your toes,

The sole of the feet,

The heel,

The top of the foot,

The ankles with this earth energy color.

Visualize,

Sense,

Observe this earth energy coming up through the calves,

Into the knees,

Through the thighs,

To your hips.

Allowing it to rest for a moment on your hips.

Observing all of the cells in your legs vibrating with this earth energy color.

And allowing this earth energy to touch,

Expand,

Clean,

Clear,

Energize your first chakra on the perineum.

Observe it,

Visualize it,

Feel it rotating perfectly to the right.

This movement,

This rotation brings the earth energy to your second chakra,

Close to the pubic bone.

Where it touches,

It colors,

It cleans,

Clears,

Expands and energizes your second chakra,

Rotating it perfectly to the right.

However perfectly to the right looks for you.

Allowing the rotation of these two chakras to bring the earth energy all the way up to your solar plexus.

Allowing this earth energy to also touch all your digestive organs,

All the organs in your trunk,

In your belly.

Coming to the third chakra,

Where it's colored,

Touched,

Clean,

Cleared,

Expanded and energized by this earth energy,

Rotating it perfectly to the right.

Allowing this rotation to bring it to your heart chakra.

Also observing your lungs and physical heart colored by the earth energy.

And your heart chakra is colored by the earth energy,

Clean,

Cleared,

Energized,

Expanded and rotating perfect to the right.

Allowing this energy to come to the throat chakra,

Where it's colored,

Clean,

Cleared,

Energized,

Expanded by the earth energy,

Rotating perfectly to the right.

All of your jaw,

Your teeth,

Your tongue,

Your eyes are colored by the earth energy.

Coming to your sixth chakra,

Between the eyebrows or in the center of your head,

Where it's colored,

Clean,

Cleared,

Energized,

Expanded and rotated perfectly to the right by this earth energy.

Coming to your crown chakra,

Where it's clean,

Cleared,

Expanded,

Energized,

Rotating perfect to the right with the earth energy.

And allowing this earth energy to come like 12 centimeters above the crown of your head.

From here,

Look down,

Observe your body,

All colored and vibrating with this earth energy color.

And observe all your chakras,

Clean,

Cleared,

Energized and expanded by the earth energy.

From this space,

Just allow this earth energy ball to start to shoot up through the roof of your home,

Going to the seventh plane of creation.

So it knows where it's going and you just observe it crossing the roof of your home,

Observing the town,

The city,

The countryside where you live in from above.

Going higher through the plane where the airplanes pass,

The birds fly,

The clouds float on.

Allowing this earth energy ball to go higher and higher,

Really high up the sky,

Passing the clouds.

Really high through the clouds,

Observing maybe now your continent from above the oceans.

Allowing this earth energy ball to keep shooting at high speed all the way up,

Even farther and farther away.

In this space of just light blue sky and sunlight.

Going higher and higher and higher,

Closer to the earth's atmosphere,

Crossing the earth's atmosphere and coming into observing our solar system,

The stars,

The planets from above.

Allowing this earth energy ball to keep shooting higher,

Observing our Milky Way,

Other solar systems,

Other Milky Ways,

Other galaxies.

Going even further and further and further and further away.

Coming to what seems like the very edge of the infinite universe and you are going to observe,

Sense,

Feel,

Imagine this earth energy ball as it shoots through a shadow light,

Shadow light energy field.

And still keeps going higher and higher and higher.

Coming close and crossing this amazing golden energy field,

Feel what it feels like to cross this field and keep going higher and higher and higher.

Coming close to the colors of the rainbow in this like gelatin-like energy field.

So observe this earth energy ball coming close to the red gelatin-like energy field,

Crossing through it.

Through the orange,

Through the yellow,

Through the green,

Through the blue,

Through the violet,

All the way out.

Keep going higher and higher and higher until you sense,

Feel,

See,

Imagine a window,

A tunnel,

A door that you cross as this ball of earth energy.

Crossing this window,

Going all the way up,

Coming into a space of purely white light.

If you see any animals or humans or angels or plants,

Keep going higher and higher and higher.

You can mentally repeat,

By divine right,

I deserve to be in the light.

In this moment,

I am light.

And observe,

Sense,

Feel,

Visualize yourself only in pure white light,

Nothing else.

Observe and feel what it is to just for a moment dissolve into the white light.

From this space,

We're going to do our petitions to the creator of all that is.

Creator of all that is,

We ask you to guide us into integrating the energies of change,

Of movement.

Creator of all that is,

We ask you to integrate the energies of the changes that we are wanting to manifest in our lives,

In our thoughts,

In our emotions,

In our society,

In our countries.

Thank you,

Show me it is done,

It is done.

Creator of all that is,

We also ask you to clean our homes,

Our thoughts,

Our work,

Our offerings,

From any energy that's not willing to dissolve on unconditional love.

Creator of all that is,

We ask you to feel all of this that you have cleared with the energy of unconditional love and trust in the greatest good for all and for us.

Show me it is done,

If you have any personal petition,

This is the moment you say creator of all that is,

Show me,

Guide me,

Heal me,

Whatever your petition is,

And then you end up with thank you,

Show me,

Take a deep inhale and exhale,

Start to visualize yourself and the creator of all that is coming into your space,

Where you're seated on,

Into your home or wherever you're at.

And just observe it like this big brush that's cleaning all of your home,

All of the walls,

The corners,

The floor,

The ceiling,

All the space around your home,

The garden.

Everything just cleaning,

Clearing,

Any energy that's not willing to dissolve in the energy of unconditional love.

And as this kind of brush scrubs and cleans everything,

There's this tornado of pink light,

Clear,

Light pink color,

Just comes and sends anything that needs to go to the seventh plane of creation to be resolved and dissolved in the light,

Just sends it there.

Cleaning our homes,

Allowing this tornado to also come into our body and this brush,

Cleaning also our vertebrae,

Our column,

Organs,

Muscles,

Cells,

Our energy fields.

Cleaning our mind,

Our thought patterns,

And then allowing this like pink energy to dissolve into our brain,

Into our neurological connections.

Allowing the stretching of our neurons to be for the highest good of all beings on this earth,

Filled with the essence of unconditional love,

Care and support.

Observing how now there's a pure white light energy tornado,

Only pure white energy coming into your body.

Moving very gently,

Just allowing to integrate this energy of change,

Of transformation,

To go with an ease,

With easefulness,

Integrating our desires for the greatest good of all.

And imagine,

Visualize,

Feel like this wheels rotating,

Golden wheels that are rotating in perfect synchronicity,

As if you were inside of a clock,

Observing everything just rotate in perfect harmony.

Allowing this visual field to come into your body,

The cells in your body,

Allowing every single cell in your body,

In your emotions,

In your belief system,

In the idea of who you are,

To just be melted into this visual field of the wheels perfectly turning like inside of a clock.

Everything that needs to be transmuted,

Transmuted,

So that you can live this energy of change,

Of what,

How you want to show up,

How you want your life to feel.

These changes that you want to incorporate in your thought patterns,

In the way you feel,

You perceive,

You live life.

These changes in your neighborhood,

Your country,

Happening for the greatest good of all beings on this earth.

Taking a moment to visualize every single existing cell in this earth,

Living in harmony.

From the biggest beings of existence like giant sequoia trees and elephants,

Giraffes,

To the tiniest microscopic bacteria,

Insect,

Little cell,

Living in perfect harmony.

And for a moment just visualize,

Sense,

Feel as if you were floating in this ocean of melted cells.

So now there's not any physical boundaries of your skin or of cells,

Just atoms floating together in this earth ocean of every single human being,

Animal being,

Plant being,

Insect being,

Elemental being,

Elements.

Just feel,

Sense,

Observe,

Breathe as if you were just an atom in this ocean of atoms,

All moving and flowing in perfect harmony.

Observe this beautiful Mediterranean blue ocean color.

As you exhale,

You observe how the creator of all that is fills all of your home with the energy of unconditional love,

Trusting that you're held by the divine light for the greatest good of yourself and all beings.

Allowing this now pink golden energy to fill your whole house,

Your work,

Your desires,

Your thoughts,

Your loved ones,

Your community,

Your neighborhood.

Taking one more deep inhale.

Exhale,

Mentally say,

By divine right,

I deserve to be in the light.

In this moment,

I am pure light.

Coming back to this field of only the creator of all that is.

Asking creator of all that is to shower us with the golden light of integration and rooting of these energies.

Thank you,

Show me,

It is done,

It is done,

It is done.

Taking a deep inhale and exhale observing how you're washed by this golden light.

Integrating all of this energy of change,

All of the transformation with ease and joy for the greatest good of yourself and all beings.

Allowing your energy to come back,

Just your energy in your field,

Still being showered by this golden light.

We're going to take three more deep inhales and exhales.

Inhale,

Showering golden light.

Exhale,

Roots coming down through any parts that's touching the surface.

Two more breaths.

One more deep inhale.

And exhale,

Side out,

Roots coming down all parts of your body that are touching the surface.

Golden energy showering down you.

Closing your field to only your energy.

Taking one more deep inhale.

And as you exhale,

Gently open your eyes,

Allowing the space to come in through your eyes.
