
Rest And Restore Theta Healing Meditation
In this meditation, we will use the Theta Healing technique to help the body ease into a restorative, relaxing sleep. Theta Healing in itself already relaxes the mind chatter, and in this meditation, we use the benefits of slowing our brain waves to ooze into a restorative rest. Welcome to this meditation to go into a restful space.
We're going to use the theta healing method connecting with the center of the earth and the heart of creation to ask the creator of all that is to allow our nervous system to attain this restful state.
So let's begin by getting comfortable.
I recommend doing this meditation lying down comfortably in bed so that you can either take a nap or rest for the rest of the night.
So be sure that you're comfortable,
That your body is warm.
Taking these few moments to go into this space of full relaxation of your body in the bed or the surface that you want to nap or sleep on.
As you find this restful comfortable position start to follow the flow of your breath inhaling deeply through the nose and exhale side out through the mouth.
We're inhaling through the nose,
Exhale side out through the mouth,
Inhale through the nose,
Exhale side out and doing it three more times.
Exhaling sign it out through the mouth.
Start inhaling through the nose and exhaling out the nose.
Just feeling the rhythm of your breath in your body and we're going to allow the body to melt even deeper in the surface that you're on.
So with your breath bring your attention to your face,
Your head,
To all the muscles around the eyes,
The eyebrows and with every exhale you allow these muscles,
These bones,
These tissues,
The cells to relax deeper into the surface that you're on.
Feeling into your whole skull,
Your brain,
The hair follicles.
Feeling into the back of your skull,
The ears,
The jaw,
The upper palate,
Your teeth,
Your tongue.
Allow every single bone,
Tissue,
Muscle and cell in all of your head to relax deeper and melt deeper into the surface that you're on.
Allowing your attention to melt down into the throat,
The neck,
The cervical spine,
All the muscles around your neck,
Your trapeziums,
Your collarbones,
Your shoulders,
Your shoulder blades.
And every time you exhale you allow the bones,
The muscles and tissues,
The ligaments and tendons,
Every single cell just relax its weight deeper into the surface that you're on.
Feeling into the upper arms,
Elbows,
Forearms,
Wrists and hands.
Observing how with your breath every single cell of your bones and muscles and tissues in your arms just relax and melts deeper into the surface that you're on.
Feeling into the armpits,
The chest,
All of the front of the chest,
The back of the chest,
The right side,
The left side of your ribs.
And with every inhale and with every exhale you're just allowing all the weight of your bones,
Your organs,
The lungs,
The heart,
The muscles,
The tissues,
Every single cell in your chest just relaxes its weight even more into the surface that you're on.
Allowing this sensation to melt into your diaphragm,
Into your stomach,
Your pancreas,
Your liver,
Your spleen,
Your kidneys,
Your large intestine,
Your small intestine,
Your reproductive organs,
Your colon.
Allowing every single cell in all of your organs to melt deeper into the surface that you're on.
Feeling all of your back,
Your vertebrae,
All of your torso.
Just give its weight and relax its weight even more into the surface that you're on.
Allowing the hips to melt deeper,
Allowing your reproductive organs to release the weight deeper into the surface.
Allowing your legs,
Your thighs,
Front,
Your hamstrings on the back,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Your shins,
Your ankles and feet and toes.
Allowing all the bones,
The muscles in your legs,
The tissues,
Tendons and ligaments.
Every single cell in your legs relaxes its weight deeper into the surface that you're on.
Feeling all the cells in your body relaxed,
Melting into the surface that you're on.
Now imagine that from the center of your heart a golden light starts to gently sparkle on.
Keep breathing,
Feeling your whole body melted into the surface that you're resting on.
Starting to ignite and vibrate gently with this golden light.
Your whole body is calmly vibrating with this golden light.
From the tip of your toes all the way up through your feet,
Your ankles,
Calves and knees,
Into your thighs and your hips,
Through all of your organs,
Your torso,
Your bones,
Your spine,
Your ribs and heart and lungs,
Your collarbones,
Your shoulders,
Your whole arm and hands,
Your neck,
Your skull,
Your jaw,
Your brain,
Your hair.
Every single cell of your body is now colored with this golden light.
And from the center of your heart allow a stream of golden light to go deep into the earth and connect to the heart center of the earth.
Feel your heart connected with the core,
The center of the earth.
And from the center of your heart visualize,
Imagine,
Feel,
Allow this light to go up through the infinite universe to connect with the energy of the creator of all that is in this pearly white light field.
So feel your heart connected to the center of the earth and the core of the ever expanding universe.
From this space we're going to ask creator of all that is to soften our nervous system into a deep rest.
Creator of all that is,
We ask you to ease the nervous system of everyone listening to this meditation into a restful state of regeneration and sleep.

And from this space visualize and if your heart desires allow a golden light to come floating from the center of the earth and the center of the ever expanding universe into your central nervous system.
Allowing this golden pink light to come into your brain,
Into your nerve cells and feel how this golden pink energy allows your brain and your thoughts to soften,
Allows all the cells in your brain to open up as if they were a fist and release all of their weight,
Worries,
Stress and thoughts down into the earth.
Observing how the earth absorbs this and uses it as compost to fertilize her grounds.
Feeling your brain,
Your frontal lobe,
Your eyeball,
The back of your skull,
All parts of your brain to soften deeper into the earth.
Allowing this golden pink light to go to all of your middle brain,
The back of your brain,
The cerebellum.
Just allow all of the cells in your brain to keep releasing their weight,
Stress,
Worry,
Their constant processing.
Allowing all of this to melt down into the earth.
Knowing that all of these functions will be in their best ability after a deep profound restorative rest.
Visualizing how a gentle blue light caresses the brain,
Bringing even a deeper relaxation.
Allowing this golden pink light to go into your spinal cord,
Through your cerebellum,
Into the neck,
Through the cervical spine.
And gently visualizing how this pink golden light goes all the way through your vertebrae.
Feeling how this pink golden light now fills your whole brain,
Your whole head,
Your neurons,
Your thought patterns are all relaxed into stillness.
Feeling how this golden pink light also touches all of your spinal cord,
All of this main channel,
Central channel of nerves.
And observing how this golden pink light showing your nervous system the definition of safety.
Letting your nervous system know it is safe now to rest.
You are safe now to let go and allow rest and restoration to emerge.
Allowing also this beautiful blue light to come all the way through and into your spinal cord.
Relaxing the weight of your back and your head and your neck,
Even deeper into the earth.
As the earth takes any excess of holding,
Of doing,
Of worrying,
Of unsafety and transmutes it into her fertile grounds.
Feeling how this beautiful golden pink light now spreads to every single nerve in your body.
Spreads to every single nerve cell in your body,
In your brain.
Letting all of your head,
The back of your jaw,
Your face,
Your skull,
Your brain,
Your thought patterns know it is safe to rest.
Spreading through all of your throat,
Your tongue,
Your digestive tract,
Your cervical spine,
The spinal cord in the cervical spine,
The base of your neck,
The upper back,
The chest,
The armpits.
Letting them know every single nerve in this space.
Letting them know it is safe to allow rest.
It is safe to let go.
Allow rest and restoration to emerge.
Allowing this feeling,
This golden pink light to go into all of your arms,
All the way down to the tip of your fingers.
Feeling how your arms and your hands melt even deeper into the earth.
Giving their weight,
Their need to do anything.
Observing how the earth takes this energy as compost and observing how rest and restoration start to emerge.
And feel your arms,
Your hands,
Your neck,
Your skull,
Your head and your face and your neck.
Feeling how this energy goes into all of your chest,
Into your lungs and your heartbeat,
Into the diaphragm and all of your organs.
Letting them know it is safe to rest.
To let go.
Feeling your heart,
Your lungs,
Releasing their weight,
Your ribs and muscles of your chest.
And feel how they receive rest and restoration,
Naturally emerging through all of your chest.
Rest.
Observing how your esophagus,
Your stomach,
Your spleen and pancreas,
Your liver and gallbladder,
How your kidneys and your adrenal glands receive this golden pink light.
Releasing their weight even deeper.
Being filled with the sensations of safety.
With the knowing that it is time to let go.
And allowing these sensations of rest and restoration to flood all of your torso,
Your back,
Your bones and organs.
Your large and small intestines.
All of your pelvic ball.
And feeling how this pink golden energy floods all the way into your legs,
Your thighs,
The big bones and muscles here.
The strong ligaments and tendons.
How they just release their weight even deeper into the earth.
Releasing any need to do anything.
Feeling how the earth absorbs,
Composts this energy.
And observing how rest and restoration emerge.
For every single cell on your hips,
On your thighs.
Allowing this golden pink light to fill your knee,
Your calves and shin.
Your ankles and heels and feet.
Letting all of your legs know it is safe to let go and rest.
Allowing all of your legs to let go of any need of doing,
Of holding,
Of walking,
Going places.
Observing how the earth takes this energy,
Uses it as compost.
And observe how your whole body is now filled with this clear blue energy.
Of rest and restoration.
Of allowing,
Trusting and letting go.
I'm gonna leave you here for a few minutes,
Just enjoying this beautiful blue light.
Caressing and relaxing every single cell in your body.
Allowing rest and restoration to happen.
Knowing your body knows how to rest and restore naturally.

Just stay resting and allowing.
Your body to restore and sink deeper and deeper into a state of rest and sleep.
If you're ready to continue with your day,
Take a deep inhale and exhale out of your mouth.
Taking three more deep inhales through the nose and exhaling out the mouth.
As you inhale next time,
Start to wiggle your toes,
Your fingers,
Your head from side to side.
Stretch back like you were waking up,
Giving gratitude to your body,
To your cells,
To this loving energy of rest,
Restoration and safety.
Gratitude to this moment of being alive and gently open your eyes to continue with your day.
