Hello and welcome to this gentle reminder for us humans connecting under this blue sky and walking in this sacred earth.

I want us to take a moment together.

Today's reminder is this moment together.

Right here,

Right now.

This is life happening.

Not later,

Not in the next thing,

Not when you get out of work or when you're done doing fill-in-the-blank.

It is easy to get up in plans,

Dreams and worries.

It is human.

But this moment,

This breath is life itself.

So let's feel life in this moment.

Maybe feeling your feet on the ground,

The air touching your skin,

The sounds that surround you.

This is life.

As John Lennon said,

Life is what happens while we are busy making other plans.

So today our invitation is to not miss life.

To appreciate it in this moment,

Opening and surrendering,

Welcoming our life as it is.

Let's not allow our plans,

Our desires,

Our want to create,

Which is all good,

To take us away from what's already here.

Appreciating this moment,

Knowing that when it passes it will never return.

So today let's not miss life.

Let's open our hearts to feel it,

Live it and experience it as it is.
