
Theta Healing Meditation For Sleep
In this meditation we will use the Theta Healing technique to help the body easy into a restorative, relaxing sleep. Theta Healing in itself already relaxes the mind chatter and in this meditation we use the benefits of slowing our brain waves to ooze into a restorative rest. Welcome to this Theta Healing Meditation to help you ease into sleep.
Theta healing is a great way to shed off the mind chatter and go into a restful state.
The intention is to go into theta brainwaves,
Which are slower waves or movements of our mind and thoughts.
By slowing the brainwaves we can find ease,
Knowing that rest will come.
There is no need to force it or to fear it might not come.
Rest will arise in any way that your body needs it right now.
In this meditation there will be guided moments and moments of silence.
So let's start by lying down comfortably.
Make sure you have everything you need to ooze into sleep.
Taking these last few moments to make yourself even a tiny bit more comfortable.
Maybe bringing a pillow below the knees or giving your head pillow a last extra squeeze or tuck.
Take your time to find this comfortable position and make sure your body is warm.
There is no pressure.
If you need to hit the pause button for a moment,
Know you have full access and autonomy to do so.
Now in this comfortable position,
Let's start to connect to the breath.
There is no need to do anything or change the breath.
Just observe it as it's flowing in and out of the body,
Observing the gentle flow of the breath into the body and the gentle flow of the breath out of the body.
We are going to start by relaxing our whole body into the surface that you are lying down on.
On your next inhale,
Bring your breath and your attention to your head,
Your skull and as you exhale allow it to soften deeper into the pillow and the surface that you are on.
On your inhale,
Bring the attention to the forehead,
The temples and with your exhale allow them to relax deeper down into the surface and the earth beneath you.
Feeling the eyebrows,
The eyes,
The cheeks and as you exhale allowing them to melt down,
Releasing their weight deeper into the surface that you are lying down on.
Feeling your nose,
Your lips and jaw and allowing them to relax down,
Melt down into the surface and the earth.
Allowing your chin to relax and release its weight down.
Feeling all the muscles of your face,
The tissues of your face,
Relax and melt it down into the earth beneath you.
Coming into the neck,
The throat and feeling how the neck and the throat relax.
They melt all their weight down into the surface that you are on and the earth beneath you.
Feeling the collarbones relaxing,
The shoulders and the shoulder blades melting their weight down.
Allowing your attention to come to the ribs,
The chest and the sternum as they let go and soften their weight down.
Feeling how the rest of the body starts to follow this letting go,
This softening down.
Observing,
Feeling how all your organs gratefully release their weight down.
Observing how your body is now naturally letting go of tension.
Melting the weight of your head,
The neck,
The back,
The torso down into the surface that you're in and deeper down into the earth beneath you.
Feeling the support of the earth beneath you as you release the weight of the hips.
Releasing and melting the tension from the buttocks,
The thighs,
The knees and the calves.
Allowing their weight to just melt deeper down into the surface and the earth.
Allowing the ankles and the feet to rest and release.
Feeling your whole body melting down its weight into the earth.
Feeling how every cell of your body is giving its weight down to the earth.
Opening and softening like snow in the spring.
Allowing every single cell to soften deeper and be held by the earth.
From this space just allow the words to come in.
By divine right I deserve to be in the light.
In this moment I am light.
And visualize,
Imagine yourself surrounded by a purely white mist.
Nothing else but purely white light surrounding you now.
Feel this white light embracing you with its warm loving energy.
Allowing your body to release even more.
Allowing your cells to give into the moment even more.
Allowing this light to nourish your letting go.
In this space,
Creator of all that is,
We ask you to guide our bodies into deep rest,
Rejuvenation and restoration.
Creator of all that is,
We ask you to bring the energy of rest,
Deep sleep and restoration into every single cell,
On all the layers.
And to bring these energies into this space,
Into this pillow,
This surface.
Allowing every single element in the room to inspire rest,
Sleep and restoration.

Take a deep breath in as you feel and visualize light blue color coming into this pearly white hue.
And observe how this light blue color,
Like the color of the sky,
Starts to nourish your whole being with the sense of safety.
Starts to nourish your whole body with the knowing that it is safe to rest,
To sleep and dream.
Allowing this beautiful blue sky light to come closer into your field,
Your aura,
Your physical body,
Organs,
Muscles and bones.
Feel the loving touch of this blue sky light filling every single cell of your body with the sense of calm,
Safety and safety.
In this moment all is well.
In this moment all is well.
And you can trust and let go.
Allowing this blue sky energy to soothe your whole body,
Your whole being.
Allowing your cells to feel safe and rest.
You can now let go and rest.
Visualize how this blue sky light sinks all the way down into the earth.
Sinking the weight of your body even deeper.
Washing away any last trace of worry or overthinking or the need to find solutions.
Now observe,
Visualize,
Feel a red ruby light coming in to this pearly white hue.
Observe it come in to every single object in your room,
Into the surface that you're lying down on,
Into your pillow,
The sheets,
The blankets.
Filling every object in the room with the knowing of unconditional love.
Filling every single object in the room with unconditional love.
So that when you open your eyes,
Every single object will mirror back the knowing that you are loved.
Right now in this moment,
As you are,
You are loved.
Tomorrow,
Yesterday and every single day of your life,
You have been loved and worthy of receiving this love.
Feel how every single cell in your body responds to this love,
To this red ruby energy.
Feel how every single cell in your body receives this love,
This red ruby energy,
Without hesitation,
Guilt or shame.
Every single cell of your body receives this red ruby light,
Melting even deeper into rest and relaxation.
Taking a few moments in silence here,
Observing,
Feeling the red ruby and the blue sky light nourishing your body,
Your field,
Your whole being in this moment.
Feel them nourishing your body and allowing your body and mind to rest.
Feel your body going deeper into this restful state,
Joined and guided by this beautiful blue sky light and by the red ruby light.
Allow both of these lights to gently fade away,
Becoming lighter and lighter,
Subtler and subtler,
Totally integrating into your space,
Your body and being.
Observing how a beautiful pink light comes in,
Filling the whole space that you're in.
Filling your mind,
Your thoughts and emotions with unconditional love.
As a gentle rain of golden light comes down,
Closing this space and integrating the sensations of rest,
Safety and restoration into your body,
Mind now.
Observe how this beautiful pink light stays with you,
Keeping you company as your body and mind keep resting and opening into sleep.
