This is a short Self Love Practice, where we focus our attention and speak out loud three actions we took today that made us proud of ourselves. This is a great practice to do when the mind is clouding our self worth with negative chatter and images. This short exercise brings us back into a place of acknowledging and remembering the good steps we are doing in this world and in our lives, refocusing our attention back into a state of loving and honoring ourselves.
