These exercises are designed to help you balance the energy of the heart. Our heart is constantly working, nonstop, to keep our body alive, and with this practice, we are taking a moment to say thank you and give back to our amazing heart organ. These exercises, which include breath, gentle body tapping, and visualization, are part of my course "Create Wellbeing Through The Organs". If your heart likes this nourishing moment, you can find more nourishing information there. Welcome to the heart realm.

You can do these practices sitting on the floor,

On a chair or a couch,

Or even standing up.

So let's begin by getting into our comfortable position.

Taking this time to feel our body against the floor or our feet if we're standing against the floor.

Feeling the breath coming in and out and rubbing the palms of the hands together vigorously so we can create heat between them.

And bring them to your heart,

A little bit to the left of your body,

One palm on top of the other.

And breathe here,

Bringing your attention to feeling the movement of the breath on your chest.

Imagine,

Visualize,

Sense,

Feel the heart organ.

Imagine the heart being massaged by the lungs as it pumps and receives the blood.

Visualize the pumping movement as you connect with this beautiful spirit.

As you exhale,

Touch the center of your sternum with the tip of your middle fingers.

Let's take a deep inhale,

Hold the breath in and start tapping the center of your sternum with the tip of the middle fingers.

Start exhaling and inhaling with this tapping movement,

Just with the tip of your middle fingers.

Tapping all over the bottom,

The top of the sternum.

You can exhale through the mouth as if cleaning and clearing any stagnant fire or stuck energy in the heart center.

Keep tapping and exhaling through the mouth,

Inhaling through the nose.

Here,

We also have our thymus gland associated with growth and our immune system.

Keep going as we stimulate our heart center.

We're doing this tapping for 30 seconds more,

Do it as fast as you can and do powerful exhales through the mouth.

Take one more deep inhale,

Exhale,

Blow the air out through the mouth.

Release the hands and just observe how you feel.

If you're standing up,

Gently release the hands to the sides of your body.

If you're sitting down,

Bring the palms of the hands on your laps looking up.

Now we're going to inhale,

Bring the hands up through the sides of your body and as you exhale with the palms of the hands looking down through the center of your body,

Bring the hands all the way down to the lower belly.

Inhale,

Open the arms to the sides,

Exhale with the ah sound,

Bringing the hands to the center and to the lower belly.

Keep going at your own rhythm.

As you exhale,

Imagine you're washing down,

Cooling down any excess heat.

As you inhale,

You're opening your heart to the joy of being alive.

Let's keep going for a little bit more than a minute.

Do one more round at your own rhythm.

With this exhale,

Bring one hand to your lower belly and the other to your heart center.

Visualize,

Sense,

Feel a fire connecting these two points.

Use your imagination.

Feel this fire connecting your lower belly and your heart center.

Move and pulsate with your breath.

Allow this fire to expand to your third eye,

Feeling,

Sensing,

Visualizing this fire connecting your lower belly,

Your heart and your third eye center.

Take one more deep inhale and as you exhale,

Bring both hands to your heart.

Imagine a red color flowing to your heart,

The deep red color of a red rose,

Feeling all of your heart organ and your heart spirit with this lovely energy.

Take a moment to smile to your heart center,

Saying thank you for all the joy,

The love,

The life-giving force.

And as you exhale,

Slowly bring the hands down and gently start to blink the eyes open.

Thank you again for joining today.

If you feel your heart needs some extra love,

Feel free to repeat the exercises as much as you need or just bring this beautiful red rose color into your heart.
