A short talk introducing you to my Seasons Series; a collection of tracks inspired by different seasons and stages of the year from my geographical perspective of Winter, Spring, Summer, and Autumn and the transitions between these seasons. They are each an invitation to reflection from that energy and state of nature. Offerings to support you in connection with yourself, consciously living and being, and the rhythms of the year.

Hello,

I'm Bryony and I support people who are working hard to make this world a better place.

I look to nature as a deep source of wisdom and clarity,

For myself and within the work I do with others,

Enabling us each to root deep,

Stand strong and branch out.

This is a series of tracks connecting into the seasons and their different energies.

As someone raised in a climate where we have winter,

Spring,

Summer and autumn,

These seasons and transitions guide me and resonate with me when it comes to my inner work,

As well as my physical,

Mental and emotional energy,

Being affected by them throughout the year.

By checking in along my own path in the ways offered in this series,

I find that I am more sure of the direction I am taking,

I am more able to adjust my pace for my current capacity and energy,

Or even shift my energy to another accessible state of being.

And this work supports me in maintaining my connection with nature and this incredible web of life.

The series can be used in synchronicity with nature's seasons or in relation to whichever season you find yourself to be in.

For example,

There are times when we find ourselves needing to release some leaves,

When all around us spring growth is happening,

Or when we are in a stage of personal wintering in the heat of summer.

You will find that within the series,

I speak to how we can see the year as a day,

With winter as night,

Spring as early morning,

Summer as midday and autumn as evening.

So you may even want to flip this and choose to use the tracks in connection with the time of day you are wanting to hop on to this wonderful app.

Such as listening to The Promise of Dawn,

A track inspired by late winter,

Just before you get up and start your day.

However and wherever you choose to listen to the tracks within this series,

I hope that they are just what you need.

You
