Welcome to this meditation.

Let's find a comfortable position and close the eyes.

As we begin to settle into our position,

Start to relax the shoulders,

Relax the jaw,

Relax the muscles across the forehead and all the tiny muscles around the eyes.

Let's take a deep inhale together and exhale,

Let it go.

Again,

Deep inhale,

Fill the body with breath and exhale,

Let it go.

One last time,

Deep inhale and exhale,

Release the breath.

Notice how only a few moments of stillness begins to relax the body.

Notice how focusing on the breath begins to quiet the mind.

Continue to breathe consciously,

Continue to breathe deeply.

Take the next few moments and find a steady rhythm for the breath.

Breathe at your own pace,

Any way you like.

Finding a rhythm.

As you breathe with awareness,

Focus on the heart space.

Imagine the heart expanding,

Opening.

Imagine the heart's ability to give and receive love.

Imagine all the love we have already received at the heart and all the love we have already given from the heart.

All the people we have loved.

All the people who have loved us.

See if you can find gratitude within the heart for all of the love contained within the heart.

As you allow the heart to be filled with gratitude for all the love we have already given and already received.

This gratitude will prepare the heart for all the love it has yet to receive and yet to give.

There is no love without gratitude.

There is no gratitude without love.

Take the next few moments,

Breathe into the heart space.

Breathe into the gratitude that you feel.

Breathe into the emotions that come as you think about all of the people,

All of the circumstances,

All of the relationships,

All the love we have experienced.

There is no limit to love.

As you breathe into these ideas,

Start to imagine what life will be like moving forward,

Moving from this place of infinite love,

Infinite gratitude.

Engines start up You You You Let's take a deep inhale together fill the heart with breath and Exhale let it go Perhaps bring the hands to the heart feel this space Find gratitude for the heart Find gratitude for the heart For the role it plays within our lives For the inherent wisdom of the heart the intelligence of the heart The spirituality of the heart The humanity of the heart The humility of the heart And the courage of the heart Let's take another breath together deep inhale fill the heart And exhale let it go Perhaps release the hands away from the heart And before we open the eyes Let's take a moment And before we open the eyes,
