Hello and welcome to this guided focus meditation.
Please find a comfortable but active seat either with your feet firmly planted on the ground,
Hands in your lap or sitting on the floor with a straight back.
No cheating.
We're going to focus today and this means being precise and exact.
If you are physically unable to sit in these positions,
Pick whatever works for you and stick to it.
Good.
Now close your eyes but keep them active.
Sit up tall and try to focus your gaze on the third eye.
Place on your forehead just between your eyebrows.
Keep your eyelids closed.
Be sure to keep your tongue and jaw as relaxed as possible.
Engage your core muscles and gently pinch your shoulder blades down and towards each other as you sit up even taller from your spine.
Expand your rib cage in all directions with a deep breath in and exhale.
Now I will act as your voice.
Try to internalize these thoughts and feel them deeply so that you can carry them with you throughout your day and your future.
These thoughts will become part of who you are.
It's my gift to you.
Breathe deeply in and out of your nose and hold this active posture throughout the meditation.

I precisely choose my thoughts and actions.
My thoughts are clean and organized.
I see through the distractions of the day and calmly address one task at a time.
I have the powerful ability to stay calm and centered.
People look to me as an example of focus and awareness.
It is easy for me to stay relaxed and on task.
My mind is clear from clutter and has a simple and obvious path.
I can see my goals clearly along with the path leading to them.

What used to seem difficult now happens with ease and joy.
I love that I can stay focused throughout the day no matter what comes up.
