Hello and welcome.
Please take a moment to sit comfortably somewhere,
Anywhere,
But preferably in a place where you won't be disturbed or distracted in the next seven minutes.
If you choose to lie down,
That's okay too.
The goal is to feel as comfortable yet alert as possible in our bodies.
Ready?
Good.
Let us begin by thanking ourselves for choosing to take this time to balance,
Reset,
And show self-care.
There are times we can forget to prioritize these things,
And I want you to acknowledge in yourself that it's a beautiful and loving decision.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through the nose and fill your lungs as you really feel the gratitude towards yourself.
Hold your breath for a pause and feel in your core the true and unconditional love within you and absorb it into your being.
Release the breath and settle more into your body's relaxation.
Today we focus on patience.
Breathe in and out slowly and with purpose.
Keep your eyes lightly closed and relax your jaw.
Slow your heart rate.
You are safe.
You have time.
Time is infinite.
Now imagine that your spirit leaves your body and is observing you in your meditation from above.
Take a deep calming breath and get back on track with your steady breathing.
Now imagine in as much detail as possible your spirit moving slowly upwards,
Pulling more and more into view.
What would you see?
The room?
Then the town?
The higher and lighter your essence floats and climbs,
The more you expand your energy and breath.
From up here time is flawless.
It's as slow as your ever calming heartbeat.
It's as slow and calming as you choose to make it.
You are aware and living in the infinite present.
You are aware and living in the infinite present.
You focus on your breath and on your heart and realize that this infinite moment is here for you whenever you choose.
You are patient.
You see that things happen when they're meant to happen.
Now visualize slowly and deliberately your spirit returning to your body and maintaining that awareness.
Really try to focus on internalizing all of these phrases.
Absorb them into your gut.
Repeat this to yourself after checking back in with your slow,
Deep and steady breath.
I am patient.
Time is infinite.
I am patient.
It's okay to pause and reset.
I am patient.
I know things happen in perfect time.
I am patient.
I take pride in being a patient person.
People look up to me and learn by my patient example.
Being patient brings me peace.
Being patient brings peace to those around me.
I breathe with slow,
Deliberate purpose all day long.
I am patience.
I am patient.
Thank you for coming today and reminding yourself of your power to be calm and patient.
