Please take a moment to lie down in your bed just as you normally would.
Get nice and comfortable.
Our thoughts before bed often linger with us in our dreams.
Let's give ourselves the priceless gift of visualizing our goals just before we nod off to sleep.
We can manifest our deepest desires by simply having these thoughts in our head as we dream.
Please take a long,
Slow breath in through your nose and back out again.
Repeat the breath in and out,
Feeling your body sink heavier into your bed.
One more time,
Breathe in the precious air.
Hold it a moment and let it all the way out of your lungs.
Now with your eyes closed,
Imagine your greatest desire.
Imagine it now as if you are already in the moment of success,
As if you've already achieved it.
With your eyes remaining closed for the rest of the meditation,
Allow yourself to look around within this visualization.
Where are you?
Who is there with you?
What are the sounds in the environment?
What do you smell or taste?
What are you looking at that proves to you that you have succeeded in your goal?
Are you walking around,
Sitting?
Reach out and feel the textures.
Feel the truth of this vision in your third eye.
Take another slow and deep breath in and back out.
Remember the confidence of this moment,
The sense of accomplishment.
Feel the overwhelming gratitude.
Smile as you look around at this blissful life that you have created.
Think back on all of the hard work that you went through to get here.
Brin wider as you feel the inner knowing,
The knowledge that you would make it to where you are now,
The calm sensation of someone looking back in time now that you know it all worked out.
Breathe slowly and deeply.
In your mind's eye,
Sense the awareness that you now have.
It's not a false dream or a trick of the imagination.
You know there's absolutely no doubt in your mind that your dreams will come to fruition.
They already have.
Continuing to breathe deeply and with purpose,

Note every detail from all of your senses.

This gratitude,
This knowing.
