Hello and welcome.

Good morning.

Today is a new day.

The goal for this meditation is to help you wake up and carry on with your morning feeling optimistic and hopeful and to continue harboring this beautiful and precious energy throughout the rest of your day,

Regardless of what energies you may encounter from others.

Please begin by getting into a comfortable sitting position.

Now close your eyes and keeping your mouth closed if possible,

Take a deep long breath in through the nose and out the mouth.

Again,

Take a long and grateful breath in through the nose and out of the mouth.

Very good.

You are a person who meditates.

Whether this is your first time trying or you're a seasoned pro,

You are here with me this morning and are therefore a person who meditates.

This means you take your precious time and dedicate some of it to self-empowerment.

Take a moment to realize that this is already an amazing day and that you have already taken a large step into being the best version of yourself.

This morning you chose to believe in yourself,

So thank you for being here and for bringing your intentional energy and vibration into the world.

If your mind is still wandering or sleepy,

That's okay.

We're taking it slowly and gradually so there's no rush at all.

Take another long deep breath in through your nose.

Thank yourself for starting your day off right and now breathe out,

Gently exhaling the foggy feeling from your mind.

Continue to breathe in and out with long and slow breaths.

With each inhale imagine clean and pure air filtering into your body and with every exhale picture how your mind and energy field become more and more clear as the fog is gently released.

Remain breathing with these visualizations for a while longer,

Cleaning and brightening on the breath in and clearing and blowing away mental fog on the way out.

Just go slowly.

The number of repetitions you do doesn't matter.

Just focus on your breath and this current moment.

It's not time to think of your daily tasks yet.

If you started to do that,

Go back to the visualization.

Clean in,

Fog out.

You aren't losing any time for productivity.

This breathing and cultivating of intentional living is one of the most important things you can do.

Prioritizing it as you are now is exactly what you should be doing in this moment in time.

There is no rush.

This is the important task.

I'll be silent for a moment while you breathe in more and more energy.

I'll let you know when I'm about to speak again so please feel free to release any tension and just relax into your breath.

Continue breathing deeply.

Nice work.

Now that your energy is more clear and becoming ready for a bright day,

Let's begin to strengthen it in order to help you preserve it throughout the day in the face of challenges.

Now as you breathe in,

Imagine a warm sensation beginning at the top of your head and trickling down your body.

As you breathe out,

Imagine roots extending from the base of your spine and slowly but strongly meandering their way into the ground.

As you breathe in,

Imagine that this warm tingling feeling is coming from a beam of calming yet powerful light,

Intentionally shining directly on the top of your head.

As you breathe out,

Extend those roots even further into the earth,

Using the light source almost as a watering can,

Giving you beautiful power and strength for your golden roots.

Continue with this visualization.

Breathe in the warm and tingling powerful light beam out into ever stronger golden roots.

Beautiful.

Now that you have these powerful roots and this infinite connection to the beautiful energy source,

Let's expand this beautiful energy into your aura.

We will strengthen the energy around you,

Making it more viscous and difficult for other energies to enter.

Breathe in this beautiful warm tingly light and now instead of breathing into your roots,

Breathe it out into a shimmering layer around your skin.

Let's do that again.

Breathe it in and breathe it out into this shimmering layer.

Continue to breathe at your own pace and try to envision this layer around your skin almost like heat particles emanating off of your skin.

The energy twirls and curls around as it moves through the air around you.

Now with every breath in,

Take in more light and positivity and when you breathe out,

Powerfully push that light into this energy field around you.

Allow the energy field to vibrate off of you about a hand's distance away from your body,

All the way around you,

Cocooning and sheltering you.

With each breath you fill this space with more and more golden light.

Rather than continuing to grow the energy larger and larger,

Keep it at the same distance and just make it stronger and stronger,

Filling this energy space with more and more golden light until it feels thick and is no longer porous.

Continue breathing in light and breathing it out into your energy field.

Now with your eyes closed,

Take a moment to observe your body.

Visualize this beautiful thick energy of love and joy.

It may be invisible to the human eye but connect with the feeling of it.

You know that it's there.

The gift you've given yourself this morning will continue to affect everything you do throughout the day.

If you come across challenging situations or people,

Remember the feeling of this energy shield and you will know that it remains and that nothing can penetrate it.

Even take a deep breath and help strengthen and replenish it as needed throughout the day.

Now if you can,

With one final deep breath in,

I want you to raise your arms up into a deep stretch and as you breathe out,

Release your arms,

Shaking your wrists,

Wiggling your body and recognizing that you can disconnect from your meditation and yet your energy shield and clear mind remain.
