This was a lovely slow yoga nidra . Thank you, I feel quite relaxed. I am wondering if any of your other yoga nidras go through the body scan at a little quicker pace, which can help me with turning off thoughts in my mind.

Thank you. I’ve had a lot of stress in my life lately and the nervous energy and anxiousness built up in my body. It can take some time to calm the mind, but calming the body is a wonderful start and this yoga nidra really helped me with that today.

A lovely Nidra, thank you. I do like your presentations. Relaxing, Nice slow pace and a great calming background soundtrack. If you possibly could, I would love you to make a Nidra of this length or longer featuring a relaxing beach with beach sounds of gentle waves etc. 🙂🏝️🙏🏻
