Suryacitta (The Happy Buddha)

Suryacitta is an ordained Buddhist and is the author of five books on Mindfulness and compassion. He is known for his no-nonsense, down to earth approach and brings humour to what is often a serious subject. He runs retreats and courses in the UK, Europe and Australia. He has appeared on BBC TV and BBC Radio doing programmes on mindfulness and stress and for many years doing the thought for the day.
