This brought me so much solace. My no contact father just passed recently and it’s been so strange to sit with, I didn’t know where to start. This meditation was exactly what I needed… I did admittedly have to pause to give extra space to rewrite the memory, because there was so much more I wish my father would’ve said, but I wouldn’t have gotten to that space without your guidance.
