Lesson 1
Remembering: You Were Never Broken
What if the fears, doubts, and imperfections you've spent years criticizing were never signs that something was wrong with you?
In this opening lesson, we'll explore the stories shaping your self-worth, soften the voice of your inner critic, and begin meeting yourself with greater compassion.
You don't have to believe you were never broken. Just become curious about the possibility.

Lesson 2
Arrival: Coming Home To Your Body
Before we can begin to understand ourselves, we need to learn how to arrive. In this lesson, we'll slow down and journey inward through a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice, gentle breathwork, and quiet contemplation. You'll be invited to reconnect with your body, notice its sensations, and rediscover what it feels like to be fully present.
This lesson is a little longer than the others, intentionally so. Give yourself permission to take your time. There is nothing to accomplish, nowhere else to be, and nothing about you that needs fixing.
Just an invitation to arrive... and come home to yourself.

Lesson 3
Noticing: Meeting Yourself Without Judgment
What if you could notice your inner critic without believing everything it says? Inspired by Rumi's The Guest House, this lesson invites you to recognize the different parts of yourself—the perfectionist, the worrier, the people-pleaser, and the voice that says you're not enough. Through compassionate awareness, we'll explore how to soften self-blame, question familiar stories, and begin standing up for yourself without fighting who you are. You don't have to welcome every thought as truth. You can simply notice who's visiting... without handing them the keys.

Lesson 4
Listening: Learning to Trust Your Inner Wisdom
What if your body has been trying to tell you something you've been too busy to hear?
In this lesson, we'll explore how emotions, physical sensations, and familiar patterns can offer valuable clues about what we need. Through gentle reflection and meditation, you'll practice listening without judgment, honouring your needs, and rebuilding trust in your own inner wisdom.
Sometimes the answers begin to emerge when we stop searching... and start listening.

Softening: Learning To Meet Yourself With Compassion

Lesson 6
Choosing: Discovering The Freedom Within
What if the most powerful change in your life begins with recognizing what is yours to choose? We cannot always choose what happens to us, the emotions that arise, or the stories we've carried. But we can begin choosing how we meet ourselves within those experiences.
In this transformative lesson, we'll explore how awareness creates space for choice, how compassion can replace self-judgment, and how we can begin responding to ourselves with greater intention and trust.
Through heartfelt reflection and guided meditation, you'll discover that freedom isn't about controlling everything you feel. It's about remembering that you have a choice in what comes next.

Lesson 7
Receiving: Remembering You Were Always Enough
What if the final step in remembering who you are isn't about becoming someone different... but learning to receive yourself as you are?
In this final lesson, we'll bring together everything we've explored—awareness, acceptance, compassion, and choice—and discover what it means to welcome all of ourselves, including the parts we've struggled to love.
Through heartfelt reflection and a gentle guided meditation, we'll reconnect with our Wise Self, soften self-judgment, and remember that our worth has never depended on being perfect.
You were never broken. You were always enough.
