Lição 1
Acceptance
We are often reminded by mainstream media to cultivate a positive mindset in order to succeed in life. Though Acceptance is paramount if you want to heal from a mental or emotional challenge. It is essential if you are going through a physical challenge. It is also the foundation, if you want to be at peace, without relying on external circumstances. "Acceptance of what is" needs to be embodied, to receive the result of any manifesting practice. I will tell you what Acceptance is not, then I will elaborate on what are the benefits of it, and how you can bring Acceptance into your life. Acceptance has two components: acknowledgement and emotional embrace.
Lição 2
Awareness
There is no change or evolution possible without knowing what needs to be changed. In other words, Awareness is key, not only to feel at peace in the 'here and now' but to create the best future possible for yourself. This lesson will give you some clarity about Awareness ; what it is, what people miss when they do not include Awareness as a Life principle. I will explain the connection between Awareness, emotions and beliefs. The lesson includes a practical exercice that you can implement from tomorrow morning, to make you feel empowered and free no matter what happens in your life.

Responsibility
Taking Responsibility for yourself is the ultimate state of empowerment. In this last lesson, I explain what it means. I touch on the shadow aspects of taking Responsibility (spiritual bypass, controlling behaviours, toxic positivity, self-blame). Integrating Acceptance, Awareness and Self-Responsibility on a daily basis will allow you to make peace with the 'here and now', which is the state that allows day-dreaming an visualisation. If you would like to achieve your goals and create your reality, it is necessary to embody those three concepts.
