My name is Nathalie and I'm ready to hold space for us.

This is a very,

Very special,

Sacred moment and as I'm creating this meditation,

I'm truly,

Truly connected to you.

Yes,

To you.

This meditation is about finding your rest,

Maybe drifting off to sleep.

But not only that,

You want to rest your being,

Your body,

Your heart,

Your mind,

With the idea that you are supported,

With the idea that you can connect authentically with other human beings.

I am myself someone seeking for authentic connections and when I drift off to sleep,

When I rest in this moment,

I truly want to believe that authentic connections exist.

How beautiful is it to drift off to a blissful state,

Knowing that you will be connecting soon with other beautiful human beings and it is your choice to believe.

It can be friendships,

Colleagues,

Intimate relationship,

Maybe several intimate relationships.

How amazing is it to relax,

Close your eyes down,

With the knowing that authentic connections are what you're gonna wake up to.

I'm here and I'm with you now,

Connecting.

You are not alone,

So if you have not done so yet,

Make sure you are very,

Very comfortable.

Maybe you are sitting,

Maybe you are lying down.

This meditation is an opportunity to rest,

So if you need to wake up,

Please set your alarm and if you want to drift off to a beautiful night's sleep,

Perhaps you don't need to set an alarm or just for the next day.

But this meditation can be simply to be now,

To find that peace,

That relief.

So you've made yourself comfy,

Yeah?

Really comfortable.

Make yourself very comfortable.

Make sure you are hydrated,

You are hot,

Warm,

Not too not cold,

No.

Feel the right blanket,

The right jumper,

Socks,

Maybe a very light sarong on your body.

Relax your hair if you have like something that is tight,

Just loosening up.

And take a big breath in with me and let it go.

Feel the warmth of your body within the shell,

Within the skin.

Feel your own temperature and take a breath in again and let it out.

Relaxing your face,

Eyelids heavy,

Noticing the sensation in your eyes,

Your eyelids,

Your eyebrows.

For some people,

Eyes closed is not always the best choice.

So if you are doing this meditation to rest during your day and you are facing maybe beautiful nature,

Allow yourself to gaze at the horizon,

Soft gaze.

A technique I have learned with a Tai Chi teacher 10 years ago.

If you choose to have your eyes open in nature,

Spacious scenery,

Choose a spot and that spot becomes not your first point of focus but the second.

So your peripheral vision will actually improve as your first plan,

Your first intention is to look at everything else but not that very specific spot.

You become then part of a movie when that spot is second focus.

First focus is everything around.

Practice will help you feel that expansiveness in your vision,

In your eyesight.

If you have your eyes closed it's perfect.

Relaxing your face and your cheeks,

Every body and perhaps you want to connect one hand on your heart and one onto your belly and feel the movement of your chest and your belly naturally arising as you breathe and as you relax.

On each exhale your body is relaxed a bit more.

Even though you relax your body elongates,

Lengthens and you imagine now from the top of your head to the level of your feet a thread and it doesn't matter if you're lying down or sitting.

Feel yourself beginning to be taller.

A very beautiful extension of your physical body.

How nice it is to be together here,

You and me,

Resting.

There is nothing to do.

There is nothing to change.

Just being here now in the magic of this moment where we know,

We know what we want.

We want authentic connections,

Heartfelt connections,

Magical encounters,

Heart smiling,

Miraculous moments,

Synchronicities with other people.

How nice it is to know that it exists and those connections exist because I am here with you and you are here listening to my voice.

How nice,

How freeing it is to be real.

How freeing it is to be able to listen to another.

How beautiful it is when someone listens to you with curiosity.

How beautiful it is when someone acknowledges their triggers and does not blame you but simply says you gave me an opportunity to grow and it's not comfortable.

Wow how amazing is it to rest here in our hearts knowing that every human being is different.

They have their story,

Their ways of thinking,

Their physicality.

Humans are so complex.

How good it is to feel that peace now,

The knowing that we,

You and I,

Are perfect as we are and we can co-create simply now you are listening to my voice.

I am so grateful to share my voice with you.

Thank you.

How nice it is to share complexities,

To be in awe of someone and to accept,

Accept them.

Slowly and slowly and slowly we get to accept,

To see their beauty,

To co-create magical moments,

To flow in life without having to please anyone.

How beautiful it is to be true to another and to hear someone speaking truth to you.

How amazing it is to share with someone who is willing to improve their communication skills.

How incredible is it to feel so relaxed in our bodies,

To never fear what another might say or might do.

How relaxing it is to be yourself.

I am myself whenever I am with you.

I am myself when I share with you.

The most beautiful thing on the planet is to be ourselves with another and because I'm here,

Because you are here,

It is evidence that this exists.

How relaxing it is to allow this body to rest with the concept that authentic connections exist.

Letting that smile spreading through your body,

That smile of knowing expanding,

Extending beyond your physicality.

This knowing,

Magnetic.

Rest,

My friend.

Stay peaceful with everything that you are.

It's okay to be who you are.

It's okay.

To be who we are.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Allowing your head to smile,

Your brain to expand from this energy of wellness,

Clarity,

Possibilities,

Authentic connections.

This is what we want.
