Wow! I didn’t know what to expect but I was intrigued and I’m always looking for ways to assist my recovery from Post-viral Fatigue Syndrome.
The final Day was amazing. I was able to do it all and ended the session feeling lighter, more energised and as if my lungs have been Spring Cleaned. I’ll definitely doing more of Ben’s classes - I love his kind, gentle and encouraging voice.

Great introduction to some breathwork techniques, especially liked day three. Make sure you set aside 40+ minutes for the last day so you don't feel rushed, and can really get the meditation benefits beyond the breathwork that day! Thanks Ben for creating this well recorded, perfectly guided series!!

This course was absolutely wonderful in an education of how to begin Breathwork . I chose to take a week practicing each day rather than complete this in three days. The third day was challenging and right as Ben said, “You can do more than you think” I pushed myself to keep holding my breath as I repeated that statement . By the end, I was so proud of myself to accomplish the third day which was most challenging. Excellent introduction to this life changing experience! I am looking forward to the next courses!...
