Exploring Rejection
As we heal from trauma in digital spaces we first explore rejection. Rejection is dismissing or refusing a proposal or idea. As we enter digital spaces it is easy for others to dismiss or even harshly criticize the person on the other end of the screen forgetting that there is a person on the other side of the screen. On the other side of rejection is acceptance. We spend so much time trying to hide ourselves out of fear of what someone else might say about you or your character. Today we explore the ways in which we accept ourselves for who we are.

Resistance is the refusal to accept or comply with something; the attempt to prevent something by action of argument. While we may be hesitant or resistant while interacting with others today we explore seeing others as we see ourselves.
