Welcome to your guided meditation surrounding self-love.
My name is Genevieve Turner and I will be your guide through this meditation.
Again,
This meditation is centered in self-love.
There are six different areas that self-love falls under.
Mental,
Spiritual,
Self-acceptance,
Self-care,
Inner voice,
Self-discipline,
Boundaries,
And I think I added spiritual in there because personally I feel like it goes in there.
So we have seven,
According to me,
But this is about you.
What ways do you need to show your self-love?
Starting with your inner voice.
When challenging times present themselves,
How do you speak?
Do you speak to yourself with loving kindness,
Compassion,
And forgiveness for yourself the same way that you would anyone else you meet?
As you allow this meditation to play in the background as you continue on doing whatever it is that you are doing,
Allow the words to penetrate whatever areas they need to hit and leave what you don't need.
Affirmations.
I am kind to myself and everyone that I meet.
I nurture myself.
I nurture myself.
I find joy in helping others succeed and I place secure boundaries in place so that I do not become burnout or overwhelmed with other people's things.
I know and honor my capacity.
I am slow to judge and quick to listen.
I am slow to judge and quick to listen.
Today and every day I use these moments as opportunities to see things for the very first time.
I allow myself permission to accept love from those outside of myself.
Accepting love and support is an act of self-care and self-love.
Allowing myself permission to be loved in the same ways that I love others is an act of self-love and self-care.
I am rooted and grounded,
Centered in love.
I give myself permission to feel my emotions without feeling guilty for having them.
This reminds me that I am loved by myself and those around me.
I give myself permission to speak and live my truth.
This is an act of self-love.
I honor my own mental health.
I move my bodies in ways that feel good and natural to me.
This is an act of self-love.
I speak up and ask for the things that I need without fear as I continue to embrace who I am growing into and who I've grown to be.
I honor each and every version of myself that I've ever met and that I will ever meet.
I greet her with open arms.
I greet her with open arms.
I am reminded that when my cup is full,
I have more than enough to overflow and help others grow.
My name is and I am centered and rooted in self-love,
Compassion,
And kindness.
