Welcome back.

Settle in and close your eyes once again.

Today we recognize and strengthen your resilience.

You are stronger than you know.

Take three deep breaths,

Each one bringing in strength and releasing doubt.

Think back through your life.

Remember other times of change,

Other challenges,

Other moments when you weren't sure if you were going to make it through.

And yet,

Here we are.

You survived 100% of the difficult day so far.

Place your hands on your heart and feel your heartbeat.

This heart has carried you through everything.

It keeps beating.

It keeps trying.

It doesn't give up on you.

Now recall one specific moment when you overcame something difficult.

Don't minimize it.

Really remember.

How did you do it?

What strengths did you draw upon?

Because those same strengths are still within you.

They haven't gone anywhere.

Visualize resistance as a golden thread woven through your entire being.

Every challenge you've ever faced has added another thread,

Making you stronger,

More flexible,

More capable.

Say to yourself,

I've weathered storms before.

I can carry the wisdom in my bones.

I've weathered storms before.

I carry the wisdom in my bones.

Resilience isn't about never falling.

It's about knowing it's okay to get back up.

It's about bending without breaking.

It's about learning and adapting.

Breathing your own strength,

Filleting your muscles,

Your bones,

And your spirit.

You are not fragile.

You are flexible.

You are resilient.

Take three more empowering breaths,

Each one reinforcing your inner strength.

When you're ready to open your eyes,

Remember that you are capable.

You are confident.

And you are more than your fears.

You're stronger than you believe.
