Softening The Self Blame

With Laura Xirinachs Batalla

Over the next 5 days, you will learn to stay connected to Love even when the self-blaming voice gets loud. You will explore shame, responsibility, truth, and trust through embodied practices, journaling, and meditation. This course is about the profound transformation of changing the script from “I am a screw-up” to “I screwed up.”

Meet your Teacher

Laura is a yoga teacher and shamanic counselor with over 12 years of experience exploring embodied practices, meditation, self-inquiry, and different approaches to working with the body and mind. Her work is grounded in the understanding that meaningful change is not only about understanding ourselves intellectually, but about learning to stay present with our lived experience. Her own experience with self-blame, perfectionism, and the tendency to shame is what inspired her to create this course. She brings both personal experience and years of guiding others through embodied practices to this exploration of self-blame, shame, responsibility, and self-trust.
