Lesson 1

Don't Fight The Mind!

In this first lesson, we'll explore thoughts not as something we need to silence or control, but as a natural part of being human. Throughout this course, we'll learn to welcome and integrate all parts of ourselves, including the thinking mind. By cultivating awareness and presence, you'll begin to relate to your thoughts in a different way—not by making them disappear, but by creating enough space that they become less overwhelming, less draining, and no longer dictate your experience of life. In this audio you will find practical teaching and end with a awareness meditation, followed by a Theta Healing inspired meditation.

Lesson 2

Being With Your Emotions

In this lesson, we'll shift the lens through which we perceive emotions, learning to experience them more as sensations and less as labels. Rather than trying to change the emotions that move through us, we'll explore how to relate to them with greater kindness and compassion, allowing them to move naturally through the body instead of becoming stuck and replayed by the overthinking mind. In today's lesson, you will find practical information and a somatic practice.

Lesson 3

The Need To Control

In this lesson, we'll explore our need for control as a way of seeking safety when we don't yet trust our capacity to be with life as it is. Together, we'll discover that letting go of control isn't about becoming passive, but about responding to life from presence rather than fear, cultivating the trust that we can meet whatever arises with awareness and compassion. In this lesson, you will also find a somatic practice that is an add on to days 1 and 2, bringing into the practice a situation we are uncomfortable with.

Lesson 4

Expectations, Resistance And Acceptance

In this lesson, we'll explore how our expectations often create unnecessary suffering by pulling us away from the reality of what is. Together, we'll discover that acceptance isn't about approving, liking, or giving up, but about making space for our experience so we can respond to life with greater clarity and compassion, rather than continually arguing with reality. For today's meditation, you will need a pen and paper, knowing that we will revisit an uncomfortable situation and explore being with what comes up. This track has music by Enokido: Solfeggio Frequency.

Lesson 6

Integration

In this final lesson, we'll bring together everything we've explored throughout the course and learn how to integrate these teachings into everyday life through simple micro-practices. The main objective of this lesson is the micro practices shared. With them, you will keep the practice alive, returning again and again to yourself.
