Lição 1
Introduction and Background
This first module of my introduction to breathing covers the course content as well as some of the benefits of establishing a regular and well grounded daily practice.
Just a few of those benefits include how to use Yoga Pranayama breathing to assist in dealing with stress and anxiety, insomnia, healing and restoration, increased vitality, mental calming and balancing and other benefits too.
The course also has a module covering Chinese Qi Gong breathing and meditation that can be used in a similar way.

Principles of Correct Breathing
Many folk have somewhat comprimised breathing function. This module discusses this issue and a few of the possible causes along with some suggestions to
redress these, including a simple breath demonstration. This demonstration and discussion of principles form the basis of the other Yoga Pranayama and Qi Gong techniques. Qi Gong means 'energy skill'. Knowledge of this in both Chinese Qi Gong and Yoga Pranayama, is essential.

This module covers the last two Yoga breathing techniques for this course, along with benefits and practice suggestions. As for the previous modules, there is demonstration and follow along exercises.
Lição 6
Chinese Qi Gong Introduction and Breathing
This module introduces some key concepts that differ slightly from the Indian system. There is a gentle meditation component that comes into play as well as the use of the arms and hands. The practice compliments the Yoga Pranayama and supplements the benefits.
