Lição 1
Beliefs, Thoughts, Surrender
Your beliefs create your reality. Your thoughts are influenced by your beliefs. Everything is energy, and energy follows thought. Our thoughts don't always serve us and they most definitely don't always protect us. But the good news is: that we are more powerful than we may think. We have the power to choose our thoughts. We get to decide what thoughts we focus on. So create some clarity by asking yourself: What are your top stressors? Are they in your control, or not? Find the silver lining in each stressor. Find the lesson, learn from it, and surrender.
Lição 2
Awareness
Awareness vs Analysis.
When we are aware, we notice the subtleties. Our brain signals are in a coherent state. When we analyze we start to spiral into creating stories, illusions, and overthinking. When we begin to analyze, our brain signals become incoherent and we slowly begin to bring ourselves into fight or flight. It becomes difficult to come back to the moment when we analyze. The idea is to stay in awareness.
Notice when you start to analyze and see if you can bring yourself back into that state of awareness.
Often we let go of the signs our body is telling us. The body is wise and the brain is smart.
Lição 3
Day And Night: Part 1
Creating a morning and night routine helps to create a sense of control and stability. This is extremely beneficial when we feel lost, stagnant, or anxious. A morning routine also sets the tone for your entire day. Creating something that is only yours and giving yourself grace if you fall off or switch it up is essential to not only feeling in control but also setting yourself up for a blissful day.

Day And Night: Part 2
The relationship between sleep and mental health is important. Healthy sleep is associated with better mood and a heightened satisfaction for life in general. Getting a good quality sleep can help to regulate the nervous system and overall improve your quality of life. Today we have a practice you can do before bed or as you're falling asleep.
Other things to help increase the quality of your sleep:
- Replacing fluorescent lighting with warm lighting
- Reading before bed
- Turning off screens/blue light 30 minutes - 1 hour before bed
- Cutting Cords from your day before you sleep
- Drinking lavender tea
Lição 5
Cord-Cutting
Quantum Entanglement states that every person we come in contact with, we become entangled with. This is where cord-cutting comes in. Cord cutting is not about cutting people out of your life (although you can use it for this too), but rather it is about refreshing the energy. Today we refresh the energy between you and any stale, stagnant energy you are holding on to.
Lição 6
Fear And Love
Ask yourself: Is my life rooted in fear or love?
Bringing this to your awareness will put the power back in your hands because you get to decide if you live in the frequency of love or fear. Letting fear control your life is what produces anxious thoughts and feelings.
When fear comes up, think of the best case scenario.
Lição 7
Tap Into Bliss
We often limit ourselves with how good we allow things to get. We often create imaginary barriers. What would happen if you released those barriers?
Many of us present a mask to the world and hide certain aspects of self, we are slowly shrinking our souls. Today we connect to authenticity and show up from that place. Living in authenticity will automatically put our bodies at ease. When you live in alignment, you experience flow.
Journal on the following questions:
1. What do you love about yourself
2. What is the best case scenario if you take action on your desires, dreams, and authenticity?
3. What is one thing you can do right now to connect to your power and your bliss?
