Your Inner Creativity exists, no matter what your current relationship to your art is. Our creativity is something we have to nurture and take care of. It's something that we have to foster like any other relationship in your life. I have been working on my connection to my creativity extensively over the last few years. I've gotten to a place where every single moment of my existence is drenched in my unique creativity. This course will provide you with the tools to help you connect your mindful practice to your artistic avenue.

Ashley is an actress + meditation teacher + human being working through the human experience. She has used these techniques to give her art a recharge and to rediscover her inner creativity. She loves to combine her work with mindfulness, as a way to help foster her inner child and creativity.

Trusting the Present Moment

As creatives, we are often at the will of someone else. If they like my book, If they like the film or painting, or new business. Because of that, we get stuck in these patterns like people pleasing, loss of self worth, unfocused artistic perspective. WE GET IN OUR HEADS. I have found there is an easier way to achieve all the things you want, without the hardship and negativity that can surround artistic endeavors that are goal oriented, or as I like to call them “not in our control oriented.” In this lesson, we are going to discuss what Inner Creativity is, where yours has gone too and ways to get it back.

A Childlike Mind

Having a childlike mind is the key to success for creative beings, like you and me. In this lesson, we talk about what a childlike. mind is and ways that you can get in touch with your inner child. Creatives don't need to fight in the rat race of life, we need to connect and let creativity pour out of us in every single way.

Your Unique Creativity

We are all one of a kind, unique and special. We each love different things and have different stories. All of this, plus our life experience, means that we also have a unique creativity. In this lesson, we will help you discover your own creative process and leave you searching for what your own unique creativity is.

Lição 4

Letting Go of Expectations

Expectations are a killer to creativity and your everyday life! In this lesson, we are going to discuss where expectations come from and a few ways on how you can be proactive in managing your expectations. Remember life is a journey and being mindful is a practice. We won't ever be experts but there is a place where you learn so much about yourself, you can adjust when you need to. That's the place I am hoping to take you!

I had been feeling stuck on a creative task that is expected of me at work and I realized I couldn’t connect with it because it wasn’t relatable (SMART). This meditation course helped me realize that and I’m on my way to overcoming it. I’m definitely going to be listening again and working the journal prompts thoroughly.

Totally loved your course. Reminded me of a course on insight timer that talked of parraell worlds your course made me think in one world I was academic and discouraged from atr in another I rebelled and became a Professional artist. Then I was happy none of that was true but in lock down I found a hobby I never thought I could do
