Let's take a few moments for yourself today.

Start by finding a comfortable seat on the floor.

You can sit,

You can lay down,

Whatever feels best for you and your body right now.

Close your eyes.

Turn your thoughts and attention to your breath,

Your inhale and exhale.

Notice the expansion of your ribs with each breath.

We're going to focus on self-love today.

It's the state of appreciation for yourself,

Physical,

Emotional,

Emotional,

Emotional,

Emotional,

Emotional,

Emotional,

Emotional,

Physical,

Spiritual.

You're actually practicing self-love right now by showing up in your practice.

Continue to allow the belly to rise and fall at your own pace.

I want to take a couple guided breaths together today.

We're going to start with three deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth,

Letting go of anything that you're holding onto today.

Inhale and exhale.

Let it all go.

Inhale and exhale.

All the feelings.

Inhale and exhale.

All the emotions.

Let it go.

Relax your breath.

Just breathe.

I want you to find one thing about yourself that you love,

That you actually feel the feeling of love in your heart and it makes you happy and full and full of joy.

It can be your hair today,

How kind you are to strangers,

Your ability to set boundaries for yourself or for others.

Just focus on one thing.

With each inhale,

I want you to say the thing that you love about yourself.

I love and then whatever you want to acknowledge about yourself today.

Continue saying it with each rise and fall of your chest.

Allow yourself to feel that love.

Acknowledge it,

Accept it and feel it.

You can let whatever you are acknowledging today go.

Just return to your natural breath,

Your state of being.

In these last few moments,

I want you to thank yourself for showing up today for practice.

Even if you couldn't shut off your mind or you got distracted,

You still made it here,

Which is the hardest part.

You carved a piece of today for yourself.

Send a thank you to all the other humans who have showed up to their practice in the last 3700 years.

Let's take a final big breath together in through our nose and let it all go.
