In this lesson, you will begin reconnecting with the needs, desires, and inner signals that may have been pushed aside through years of people-pleasing. We will explore how self-abandonment can become normalised, why recognising your needs can feel uncomfortable, and there is also a small visualisation to help you increase self-awareness and identify possible forgotten needs.

Opposing Parts Reconciliation - (Parts Work Guided Practice)
In this lesson, I will guide you through a parts work practice so that you can explore the different parts of yourself that become active when you people-please, such as the part that wants to please and the one that feels like your truth and authenticity are compromised. By getting to know these parts more deeply, you can develop greater self-awareness, compassion, and understanding of the pattern and start creating inner shifts. Make sure to find some uninterrupted time for this practice.
