Hello and welcome to this meditation.

This was created for you to gain more clarity for a vision that you might have for the future or maybe a goal that you want to pursue or a quality in yourself that you would like to experience more of.

But in general it can help you to call in whatever it is that you are trying to call in for the future.

So find a comfortable place where you can sit or lie down.

And close your eyes.

Let your body just relax and let go in this moment.

Become clear of where you are right now in this moment.

Become aware of the place that you are in in this present state.

Feel what you might be sensing,

Hearing or seeing or feeling.

Now imagine that you are stepping up and out of yourself as if you are dissociating from yourself and you are behind yourself.

And you can now see yourself in the picture rather than being emerged in that experience.

And that might look different for everyone but imagine that you are observing yourself sitting there or lying down.

And then imagine that you start floating up.

You go up,

Up,

Up as high as you can so that you can now see that other version of you who is sitting there or standing there or lying there.

So you can see that you are now observing from high up yourself that is down there.

And now position yourself in the direction of your future if let's say we are in some kind of timeline so that you can be facing the direction of your future.

And that might look different for everyone.

And now focus on this future and see if you can see that day in the future where you are manifesting that vision,

That place where your goal is happening,

Is taking place.

Or where you see yourself having that quality or whatever it is that you want to call in.

See it in the future happening.

And just bring it to your awareness for the moment.

And that vision can be anything about your career,

Your relationships,

Your confidence or your success or anything that you feel that you want.

And really see how does that look at that point in the future.

Observe what can you see there.

Just take a moment to see what is happening there.

And now start naturally gravitating towards this vision.

And let's say you are still above it.

You are going to be looking down and that vision,

That goal or yourself having that is going to be down there.

And then imagine that you start going towards that,

Towards your desired state.

So you are floating down.

And when you are eventually right above,

Just take a moment to be there.

Right above what is happening in that scene where you have your desired state.

Do you see the image a lot clearer than before?

Now that you are closer,

What is it that you are able to notice from this place that maybe you weren't able to pick up back there when you were far behind?

Try and make the picture as clear as you can.

And notice if there are any people there or what is going on there.

See how meaningful is this vision to you.

And now lower yourself all the way down.

And now lower yourself all the way down.

As much down as you can go.

And imagine that you are stepping into the picture.

And you are associating with this future version of you.

So now you have become this person.

And now you are seeing things from first position.

So now that you became this person,

What is it that you are seeing there in that scene?

What is it that maybe you are hearing from other people or from other sources?

And how is it that you are feeling being there in that vision,

Experiencing it fully?

Take a moment to observe this information.

And on a scale of 1 to 10,

How real does it feel for you right now?

And if it's not a 10,

See what would might maybe be needed to make this experience more.

Into like a 9 or a 10.

Could you maybe make the picture more clear?

Maybe if it's moving you could try slowing it down so it becomes more crystal clear.

Make it more lighter,

Dim up the lights.

Make it brighter.

Make it warmer,

Change the colors.

See what it would need for you to feel.

Increase the feeling of it,

Of being a 9 or a 10.

And now imagine that you are dissociating from yourself one more time.

And you step backwards from yourself so that you can see that version of you standing there.

And now imagine that there is another person there with you.

Whether there was before when you had the image of this vision or if there weren't any people.

Imagine if there was a person there,

You can choose whoever you want that to be.

Maybe someone who would participate in that vision or someone who would share your joy of having that vision.

Or anyone that you feel you would like to have there.

Or maybe they are a part of this whole thing themselves.

And imagine that you are walking behind this person.

And see how you can experience this vision through their eyes,

Through that person's eyes.

So essentially you are now looking at yourself and seeing and feeling and hearing what this other person does.

See how is that like for you,

Being that person for this moment.

If you can share what it is that you are feeling and experiencing right now as that person,

What encouragement would you give to yourself in that moment?

And now with this understanding and from this place,

Step out of this person and go back a few steps so that you can now observe that person talking to yourself over there.

What do you see now that maybe you couldn't see before from these other previous positions?

Take a moment to observe that.

And now take a step back from this third perspective as well.

And go back to the original version of you in that scene,

In that vision.

When you were standing there with taking now these new learnings and new insights with you.

So imagine you are stepping back into that version of you.

And have a look around.

Just become more aware of that scene,

Of that vision,

That goal,

That desire.

Can you see anything now that you reassociated with yourself that maybe you couldn't see before?

And now with this new degree of awareness,

Step back out of yourself and start floating up and go further up and more upwards.

And you completely dissociate yourself from that future version of you in that vision.

Imagine you go all the way up so that you are back on that timeline.

And start going backwards and go further back towards the direction of which you initially started.

And then imagine that you start floating down and you go further down and you get back into the present state of yourself where you first left off from.

And then when you go above this version of you that was sitting there,

Imagine that you are becoming them again.

And you are now reassociating back with yourself,

Taking with you all these new insights,

New understandings in relation to the desire that you want to call it.
