Visualize & Feel
This lesson will help you get a sense of what the essence of a sanctuary space can feel like for you. You will use visualization to begin creating a picture of the sanctuary space you will foster in your home.
Lição 2
Assessing Your Home
In lesson two, you will take time to analyze your entire home space to start creating a plan for future transformation. You will be guided in walking around and making a list of the various spaces that detract from your daily joy (ie cluttered drawers, messy corners, neglected piles). Once you make this list, you will assign each area a priority label that will help you move forward with a plan of action in the next lesson.
Lição 3
Purging & Optimizing
In lesson three, you will take action on the priority list you created in lesson two. This is the time to work through your list, starting with the areas that you labeled "high priority" then moving on to "medium priority" and then "low priority." Stick to it, stay consistent, and feel free to rearrange your list or relabel certain areas based off of your experience purging and optimizing.

Clearing The Energy
In lesson four, you will be guided in how to clear the stagnant and/or negative energy in your home. This is something you will be able to personalize and adjust to your liking. Many various options are shared so make sure to select what sounds most exciting or interesting to you.
Lição 5
Solidify Your Sanctuary
In lesson five, you will capture the essence of how you want your home sanctuary to be. You will be asked questions that you can answer in your journal to create boundaries and protocols to help you maintain the feel and vibration that you are manifesting through this process.
Lição 6
Routine Reconnection
In lesson six, you will be guided in creating a reoccurring check-in with yourself so you can maintain the spirit of your sanctuary. You will decide what is needed during this scheduled check-in in order to keep your home in the peaceful state you've designed. Maybe you choose to clean, cleanse, or speak affirmations. Whatever you choose, it is important to make a plan now and schedule it into your routine in order to keep up your newfound reality!
