Lição 1
Letting Go To Set The Scene For Your Creative Flow
As well as encouraging and inspiring words from your teacher, lesson 1 includes a Letting Go practice to help you begin your journey into writing poetry. With an open mind and a willingness to relax and explore, you are setting the scene for your creativity to flow more freely. Certain things in our busy lives can block this flow, so whenever you're feeling stuck you can use this to reconnect to your creative self. You may or may not wish to write during or after this session. This is your journey and you get to decide, so if you are inspired to start writing, then definitely do. If you don't feel ready, lessons 2 and 3 will certainly help to prepare you.

Spiritually Connecting Through The Wonder Of Nature
Connecting deeper with nature allows you to 'remember' the non-duality of human beings. When we tune in to nature, we realise we are it. We are not separate. Lesson 2 will help you to experience wonderment out in nature. This can open up channels for self-expression, spirituality and creativity as you connect with the flow of all life. The practice in this lesson encourages you to go outside, but you don't have to. Why not take a walk and enjoy the healing powers of nature, or enjoy this lesson from the comfort of your home and connect with the wonder of your ever-changing existence.

Journaling For Emotional Awareness & Releasing
Spiritual health is intrinsically connected to emotional health, but if we want to heal, we mustn’t bypass our feelings and emotions and ascend our humanness. We need to learn how to feel. Writing is an accessible tool to help us feel our feelings and make friends with our emotions. In lesson 3, you will be given some journalling prompts for your emotional energy to move and have a voice of its own. You’ll also be guided to connect with the wisdom of your soul as you take the final step on your journey to writing spiritual poetry.
