With Rahul Singh
Do you feel constantly on edge, even when there is no immediate danger? Perhaps your shoulders remain tense, your mind keeps anticipating problems, or you struggle to relax without feeling restless or uneasy. For many people, chronic stress becomes more than an occasional experience. It can develop into a familiar pattern of physical tension, racing thoughts, hypervigilance, emotional reactivity and difficulty switching off. "How To Stop Living In Fight Or Flight" is a practical five-day course designed to help you understand your body's natural stress response, recognise patterns of heightened nervous system arousal and develop useful skills for managing stress and supporting recovery. Guided by Rahul Singh, you will explore how the sympathetic nervous system prepares the body for action, why repeated psychological and emotional stress can contribute to persistent alertness, and how parasympathetic processes support rest, digestion and recovery. Rather than trying to force yourself to relax, you will learn to work with your body's responses through gentle breathing, grounding, mindfulness, body awareness and practical emotional regulation techniques. Across Five Progressive Lessons, You Will Learn To: - Understand fight or flight and recognise your personal signs of chronic stress. - Ease unnecessary muscle tension and physical restlessness without forcing relaxation. - Manage overthinking, anticipatory anxiety, repetitive worry and mental threat scanning. - Respond more thoughtfully to emotional triggers, criticism, conflict and unexpected demands. - Develop a sustainable approach to stress recovery, healthy boundaries and everyday nervous system resilience. Each lesson combines clear teaching with guided exercises and practical applications you can use during work pressure, difficult conversations, anxious moments and demanding daily routines. This course is especially relevant if you feel constantly alert, struggle to unwind after work, experience frequent irritability or emotional overwhelm, find yourself replaying conversations, or feel physically tired while your mind remains active. You will also explore why recovery is an important part of stress management and how small changes to your daily habits can support greater flexibility in your nervous system's response to challenges. The goal is not to eliminate stress, suppress emotions or remain calm in every situation. It is to understand your stress patterns, respond with greater awareness, and create more opportunities for rest and recovery. You cannot avoid every stressful moment. But you can learn to stop carrying every stressful moment into the next.
