7 Main Chakras with Breathing & Grounding Practice
Day 2 is focused on understanding the 7 main chakras and how they influence our emotional, mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. In this session, you will learn the meaning of each chakra, the signs of balance and imbalance, and how these energy centers can affect your daily life. You will also be guided through a simple grounding breathwork and visualization meditation designed to help you connect with your chakras, restore balance, and bring awareness to your mind and body.

Release, Restore and Realignment of the 7 Main Chakras
Day 3 is a deeper journey into chakra awareness through guided visualization meditation. In this session, you will gently connect with each of the seven chakras, exploring the emotions, energy, and patterns held within them. Through breathwork, grounding and visualization, you will be guided to release fear, tension, emotional blockages, and limiting energy whilst restoring balance, alignment, and inner peace. This practice is designed to help you feel more connected, centered, calm and more in tune with your mind, body and spirit.
