Two Practices To Help You Deal With Obsessive Thoughts After A Break Up
With this recording, I am offering my compassion to your tender heart. Get a pen and a journal. Get yourself comfortable. Grab yourself a cup of tea. Perhaps burn a delicious stick of incense. Choose your most beautiful cushion to sit on. The two practices I am sharing here can be individualized to your situation. Listen with openness once.
Then take a moment to journal whatever comes up for you, without judging it; like pouring your thoughts on a paper. Remember to breathe and allow yourself to be emotional. Listen to it a second time on that day, if possible. As you hear it for a second time, surrender more to it. If my words do not resonate, change them to your liking.
