End your day with these short, healing rituals. Leave your day behind and release negative energy. In this 10-day course, Kirsten will take you on a healing journey, through short rituals that you can do in the evening. These healing rituals help you put the day behind you, relax, and go into your night with positive energy, so you fall asleep more soundly and wake up more rested. In every lesson, Kirsten tells you something about the ritual and then guides you through the ritual. After this course, you can put together your own evening ritual by combining your favorites. By consciously working with your energy every evening, you’ll notice that your energy changes, that you'll sleep better, and that you go through your days in a more conscious and relaxed way.

Lição 1
Energetic Shower
At the end of the day, you can sometimes carry energy from other people with you. Or from places you’ve been to. Your head can be full of thoughts that aren’t yours, or you feel emotions you picked up from others. When you go to bed you don’t want to take all these things with you. You’d probably love to let go of them earlier already, but in any case, you’d love to let them go before sleeping. There are many ways to do this and the energetic shower is one of them.

Healing Earth Energy
When during the day, you’ve done many things and have been using your head a lot, it can be very healing to ground for a moment. To direct your energy downward and become aware of your connection with the earth again. But also consciously feeling and using the energy of the earth to clear your energy. In today’s lesson, you’ll learn how to do this in an easy and effective way. I’ll also guide you in a short visualization to help you ground.
Lição 3
Grounding foot massage
One of the things I do every evening, is massaging my feet. Every evening, before going to bed, it’s a moment of calm. A moment to come back to myself and relax. Today I’ll explain how this can help you ground and relax. If you want, grab your favorite (foot) cream, because of course we will get started today. If you really don’t like to touch your feet, or you can’t for some other reason, you can massage your hands.

Healing rainbow
Sometimes at the end of the day, when you come home from work, or from somewhere else where there were a lot of people, you can feel like your energy is scattered. This can have different causes, but one of the things that really help with this is balancing your energy and your chakra’s. With this visualization of the healing rainbow you’ll release what you picked up from others, you clear your energy, and with the colors of the rainbow you balance your chakra’s.

You Are Valuable
When you go to bed feeling like you’re worth nothing, that you don’t add anything to the world and that it doesn’t matter what you do, how does that feel? Will you fall asleep easily and have a peaceful sleep? Especially for these kind of evenings (because I think we all have those sometimes) we will do today’s exercise in self worth. Because when you’re aware of your worth, when you feel and know that you are always worthy, that you’re always valuable, that you matter, you’ll go to sleep very differently. And then you’ll also wake up differently and you’ll get up easier in the morning.

The Magic of Gratitude
The energy of gratitude is magical. It really is! Maybe you’ve heard it before and that’s not without reason. If you take a moment of calm to look at what you’re grateful for, and you really step into that energy of gratitude, it can be super healing. Feeling grateful is not only a way to relax, to feel happy and grateful. It’s also a way to raise your vibration. When you have a higher vibration you’ll have less negative thoughts, because they don’t match your higher vibration. Imagine how it would feel to go to sleep feeling grateful.

Akashic Light Healing
In your Akashic Records you can find all the information about your soul. But you don’t have to go into your records to enjoy the healing energy of your records. Today I’ll shortly tell you about the Akashic Records and Akashic light and what they can do for you. After that I’ll take you into a visualization where you’ll receive healing from your unique Akashic light. The Akashic light knows exactly what you need, so relax and enjoy this healing. You’ll feel calmer and ready for a good night’s sleep.

You are Enough - The Magic of Affirmations
You are enough. You’re always enough. I know believing this can be challenging sometimes. You’re not alone. In today’s lesson we’ll be talking about affirmations. The power of words is huge. By saying nice and lovely words to yourself you’ll raise your vibration. This helps you have more positive thoughts. Also about yourself. How would it be to know and feel that you’re always enough? Maybe you can’t imagine it yet, but with today’s evening ritual you’re going to experience it.

Releasing Overwhelm
You’re lying in bed and your head keeps spinning. You turn around, lying comfortably again, and there it goes again… One thought after another keeping you busy. Do you recognize this? Today I’m going to take you into one of my favorite practices to release overwhelmed and busy thoughts. There are many ways to do this because visualization is really something magical. This visualization with magical brushes always helps me feel calmer and empty my mind. I then imagine these brushes clearing and cleansing my energy and brushing away my thoughts.

Letting Go of Your Day - The Power of Intention
Sometimes letting go of overwhelm, energies of others, or stress, can be as simple as setting an intention. In today’s lesson I’ll teach you how this can help you relax and get closer to yourself, using examples from my own life. Of course I’ll also guide you into this visualization. You can use this exercise to release your day and energies from others before sleeping, but also on other moments in your day it can bring you a lot.
