The magical blanket meditation.
Sit or lie down and close your eyes.
Make sure that you're comfortable.
Then you go with your attention to your breath.
Just observe how your breath is in this moment.
If you feel that it's still a little high,
You can place a hand on your belly to help your breath get deeper and slower.
While you're lying or sitting like this,
You feel that you become calmer and more and more relaxed.
Breathe slowly and deeply,
Relaxing more and more.
Now imagine that you are walking in the forest.
With every step you take,
You feel more grounded and more and more relaxed.
While you walk there,
Feeling the loving,
Healing energy of the trees around you,
You feel that you are more and more connected to the earth.
Now take a deep breath in and when you breathe out,
You let go of any stress or overwhelm of your day.
Just let it all go now.
And continue walking through the forest,
Enjoying the trees and their happy energy.
Sitting like this,
You feel that you start to feel lighter and happier.
Then you notice a little house and you walk towards it.
It looks so nice and friendly and you decide to go in.
When you enter,
You arrive in a wonderful room.
It's very lovely and cosy.
You see a sofa and you decide to sit or lie down on it.
Being on this sofa,
You feel how comfortable it is and it helps you relax even more.
Keep breathing deeply and slowly,
Allowing your body to relax more and more.
Now take a deep breath in and when you breathe out,
You let go of any tension that's in your body.
Take another deep breath and you let go even more.
This sofa is so comfortable,
It's really the best sofa you've ever been on.
It makes you feel calm and deeply relaxed.
Now you notice that on the sofa there's a blanket.
It looks cosy and warm and you put it around you.
And while you put it around you,
You see that it's a magical blanket.
It's all sparkly and shiny.
Little sparkles of energy and magic.
With this magical blanket around you,
You feel safe and loved.
This blanket is so wonderful,
It gives you such a safe and calm feeling.
And then you feel that the magic of the blanket is starting to do its work.
It's helping you to release anything that no longer serves you.
The magical sparkles of the blanket are clearing and cleansing your energy.
Any feelings of stress or overwhelm disappear,
Making you feel lighter and filled with a wonderful positive feeling.
Just let the blanket and its magic do their work.
It is now time to let go of any negative energy that you might be carrying with you.
Any energy that you picked up during your day.
Any energy that is not yours.
Just let it all go now.
Let it go and feel how your body relaxes.
Feel how you create space in your body for a more positive and calm energy.
And let your body and energy be filled with the sparkles.
Filled with positivity.
Filled with calm.
Stay on the sofa for a little longer.
Enjoying the blanket.
Enjoying the sparkles.
Enjoying how you feel.
And now take this wonderful calm feeling with you as you slowly come back to the here and now.
