Slow down meditation.
Sit or lie down and close your eyes.
Make sure that you're comfortable.
Then you go with your attention to your breath.
Just observe how your breath is in this moment.
If you notice that it's still a little high,
You can place a hand on your belly to help your breath get deeper and slower.
Just breathe deeply and slowly,
Relaxing more and more.
Now imagine that you are walking in the forest.
With all the trees around you and your feet touching the earth,
You feel more and more grounded and more and more relaxed.
With every step you take,
You're grounding more and more.
And you feel that the forest is magical.
It's as if the trees are giving you energy.
Light positive energy.
You feel lighter and it's as if you don't have worries or negative thoughts anymore.
It's as if they have magically disappeared.
As if the trees have taken them from you while you were walking slowly through the forest.
You are enjoying the colors of the leaves,
The smell of the forest and the way the ground feels when you place your feet.
Suddenly you notice that you are no longer walking alone.
There is an angel walking beside you.
Side by side you walk through the forest,
Maybe even hand in hand.
You feel the soft,
Light energy of the angel.
It's wonderful and it's calming you.
Then the angel starts talking to you.
The angel says,
Hello lovely soul,
I am so glad that you are here today as I have a message for you.
I want to tell you that it is okay to slow down.
Sometimes you need a break.
Sometimes you just need to slow down.
Try to do things slower on purpose and see how that feels.
You might even get used to it if you practice.
Take a deep breath and imagine that you do things slower.
There is no need to hurry all the time.
And there is something else I want to tell you.
I want you to know and to really realize that every day can be an amazing day.
You can make your day amazing.
You are the creator of your own reality.
You are a creator of magic.
If you go with your attention deep into your chest,
You will feel that there is a magical sparkle.
If you want to,
You can make it bigger and bigger,
Shining your light.
Just play with it.
And also,
Your thoughts create your reality.
Try to keep them as positive as possible.
Be grateful,
Be kind and try to help others where you can.
And you will see that your day will start being amazing because you chose to.
The angel stops talking and you continue walking through the forest,
Still feeling the earth with every step you take.
You think of the words that the angel told you.
It's a nice idea to be able to create an amazing day.
You decide that you are going to try.
You are going to do whatever you can to make this day amazing.
And you know that maybe you need some practice.
But you also know that you can try again tomorrow and the day after and after.
You feel light of the energy of the angel and the forest and of everything that has happened.
And you feel the magical sparkle in your chest and know that you are a creator of magic.
And with all this in your mind,
You feel ready for the rest of your day.
And then it's time to slowly come back to the here and now.
To the place where you are lying or sitting.
Maybe you start moving a little.
With your hands and your feet.
And then when you are ready,
You can open your eyes.
