Close your eyes and imagine a bright light surrounding you you are completely surrounded by a bright light and in this light any negative energy is being transformed into pure positive energy in this light stress dissolves in this light tension dissolves and anything that you picked up from others today or earlier this week or earlier this month it all dissolves because in this light it cannot exist your energy becomes clearer and clearer lighter and lighter take a deep breath in and slowly breath out and see how this light dissolves anything that is not serving you any heaviness in your energy is being transformed making your energy feel lighter and lighter and also if you do not feel it yet trust that it is happening take a deep breath in and slowly breath out and you relax and you are taking this light with you into your day or night so that it can continue to clear and cleanse your energy and protect you against any negative energy
