Connecting with your guides meditation.
Sit all eye down and close your eyes.
Make sure that you're comfortable.
Then you go with your attention to your breath.
Just observe how your breath is in this moment.
If you feel that it's still a little high,
You can place a hand on your belly to help your breath get deeper and slower.
When you're lying or sitting like this,
You feel that you become calmer and more and more relaxed.
Breathe slowly and deeply,
Relaxing more and more.
Imagine that you're walking on a trail through a lovely field full of beautiful flowers and plants.
Slowly you walk on this trail.
With every step you take,
You feel more and more grounded.
More and more connected to the earth.
You keep walking and notice that the plants around you are now bigger ones.
And you see that you'll soon arrive in the forest.
You keep walking,
Grounding more and feeling more and more relaxed.
Now keep breathing deeply and slowly,
Allowing your body to relax more and more.
You arrive at the forest and you still keep walking,
Enjoying the beautiful trees around you and the calm energy of the forest.
You keep walking until you arrive at an open space.
There's a fire in the middle of the open space.
You decide to sit down and enjoy the fire.
You sit down and watch the fire.
You feel even more relaxed and you enjoy the warmth of the flames.
You are mesmerized by the beauty you see,
Almost hypnotized.
You keep watching the fire staring into the flames,
While breathing deeply and slowly.
After a while you look up and you notice that you are no longer alone.
Your guides have joined you and sit with you,
Here in this open space in the forest,
With a beautiful warm fire.
You feel the warmth of the fire.
Or is it the loving warmth from your guides that makes you feel like this?
One of your guides stands up,
Comes closer to you and sits down beside you.
Now you can ask whatever you'd like to ask.
Any question that you might have,
Now is the moment to ask your guide.
And also then be open to hearing the answer.
I'm going to give you a moment now,
So you can be with your guide,
Ask your question and hear the answer.
When you are finished,
You thank your guide and you say goodbye.
All your guides leave the open space.
And you stand up and walk out of the forest again.
Still walking calmly and peacefully,
Breathing deeply and slowly.
And know that you can always connect with your guides and ask questions.
The answer will always come.
If you don't hear an answer,
Don't worry,
It will come on another moment.
Maybe when you are trying less hard or not trying at all.
Your guides are always happy to help.
Listen to this meditation whenever you feel like connecting with your guides.
Don't worry that you'll bother them or that you are too much.
They love you,
Always.
And they are here for you.

Now keep walking slowly and peacefully,
Still feeling connected with the earth.
Just feel how your feet touch the ground.
You walk out of the forest and into the field.
You enjoy the lovely view and the sun on your face.
Slowly you keep walking until you arrive back at the place where you started.
And now it's time to slowly come back to the here and now.
Back to the place where you are lying or sitting.
Slowly you start moving a little with your hands and your feet.
And then when you are ready,
You can open your eyes.
