Relax while you let go of your day. Breathe deeply, and slowly. Allow your body and mind to relax more and more, as you prepare for a good night's sleep. Make yourself comfortable and let the day go for a restful sleep.

Letting go of your day meditation.

Start by making yourself really comfortable.

Maybe you like to sit down.

Maybe you prefer to lie down.

Everything is ok,

As long as you can really relax.

And then you start by focusing on your breathing.

Just observe how your breath is in this moment.

Don't judge,

Just observe.

What is,

Is.

And that's ok.

If you feel that your breath is a little rushed or high in your chest,

You can place a hand or both hands on your belly to help your breath get deeper and slower.

And when you breathe deeply and slowly,

You feel that you become more and more relaxed.

Just be here in this moment.

You don't have to do anything.

Just breathe.

And just be.

Just be here.

And relax.

This is a moment just for you.

A moment to let go of your day.

Now you take a deep breath in.

And when you breathe out,

You let go of all the tension that you're feeling in your body.

And take another deep breath in.

And when you breathe out,

You let go even more.

And keep breathing deeply and slowly.

And notice how you sink into that deep relaxation more and more.

Allow the relaxation to come.

It's safe for you to relax.

You can let go now.

And relax.

What happened today is in the past now.

It's time to unwind.

Time to relax.

And time to let go.

And with every breath you take,

You let go even more.

You breathe relaxation in and stress and worries out.

And as you continue to breathe deeply and slowly like that,

You let go more and more.

It's time to relax.

Time to prepare for a good night's sleep.

And if you feel tension in your body,

Imagine a flow of white light going to the place where you feel that tension.

The white healing light will help you to relax.

Just let it happen.

Imagine the light.

And keep breathing deeply and slowly.

And as you're relaxing more and more with every breath you take,

You feel more and more ready to go to sleep.

Maybe you're already starting to yawn a little bit.

And that's okay,

Just let it happen.

And allow the relaxation and sleep to come to you.

Your day is behind you now.

And you're ready for a good night's sleep.

Full of beautiful dreams.

And giving your body an energy.

Some amazing hours to restore your energy and to heal itself so you can wake up in the morning feeling recharged and ready for your day.

For now,

I'm wishing you a wonderful night.
