This lesson focuses on recognizing and nurturing what helps you feel and perform at your best. You’ll learn about the 4 Pillars of Sustainable Self-Care: Presence, Nourishment, Connection, and Expression. At the end of this session, you will choose 4 activities to make part of your routine.

Exquisite Self-Care In Action
In this final lesson, you will learn how to maintain your self-care habits even during busy or challenging times. This session will focus on boundaries, guilt-free self-care for yourself and lastly building on lesson 3, you’ll create an actionable 30-day plan to embed these practices into your life.

I will continue to reflect on this. I really didn’t think I was challenged saying no but maybe I’m not recognizing those things I’ve let slip in due to long standing patterns with a couple of people. Also… I should be saying no to myself more frequently when I start to get in the “I SHOULD do this” mode. It’s interesting! Thank you!
