In today’s session, we investigate how we can view and utilise the heart as a portal. Is it possible for us to transport ourselves backwards and forwards in time to send healing and loving heart energy? Explore the astral travel of feelings and the act of intending emotions.

Embodying Love
In today’s session, we call this loving, healing heart energy into our body, into our human form, into every cell. We ask to illuminate our perception of our form, our own self love, and how we can use this as a part of our expansion. ow do we physically hold and embody this love? This is more of a physical practice than a meditative or theoretical one.

Listening To Stories Of Your Heart
Today will be a quieter lesson, with more feeling and less talking. We will accumulate and put into practice the knowledge of our heart energy we have gathered so far. You may want a notepad and pen nearby for afterwards, or sometimes I need to stop in the middle to make notes and that’s OK too. We can uncover amazing insight and healing, simply by listening.

Today we work with sending heart energy to others, and receiving this energy in return. This is an incredibly powerful practice and it truly works to create transformations in yourself and with others. It can be especially powerful with people you are having a hard time forgiving.

Today we gently question, can you love and send heart energy to the least desirable conditions or experiences in your life? And what if sending this loving heart energy there, could somehow transform them. Be open, be questioning, there is no right or wrong here.

Today we dive into exploring how to trust in our heart more, how we can be fearless when it comes to the energy of our heart, and how this trust is so valuable to us once we tap into it more.

Heart energy does not seek to find right or wrong answers, it simply exists, and keeps loving unconditionally, infinitely! Today we question how we can put this heart energy into practice in our everyday world, during difficult times, and what this means to us.

River Of Love
Today we celebrate your journey through this course, your heart activation and expansion, by gliding into a river of love. When we return to love in some way every day, we keep the embers of our heart burning, and this love is contagious, it affects everything around us. I hope you can now shine out and cause ripples of love everywhere.
