Lição 1
Self-Acceptance
Before you can love yourself, you need to accept yourself. In this first session, you will be guided into a deep space of self-acceptance where you can welcome all of the parts of you that have been left out in the cold or exiled into the far reaches of your psyche. When you accept that you are a sacred and worthy being who is lovable, you can breathe easier and relax more fully into your heart. This is the first of the pathways you will travel down on your journey into self-love.

Being Kind To Yourself
In today’s session, you will be gently guided into how to open your heart and receive the gift of your own kind and gentle attention. Kindness is a healing salve for the places inside that may be feeling unlovable. This meditation will support you to grow your inner kindness muscle by inviting you to slow down and open wider to your own beautiful heart. Through this process, you will discover how to receive the sweet, healing waters of kindness.

Self-Acknowledgment
Oftentimes, you may struggle with acknowledging yourself and instead, search for your shortcomings. In today’s session, you’ll be guided into how to cultivate your ability to acknowledge yourself for who you are and what you contribute. Consider how you show up for the people around you, the many ways you tend to yourself by meditating, caring for your body and speaking to yourself kindly. Please take a generous breath and acknowledge yourself for choosing to take this course. In this meditation, you'll learn to look within, connect to your essence and acknowledge that who you are is love.

Cultivating Gratitude For Who You Are
Gratitude is an evolutionary lubricant and when you spend time each day sending the warm light of gratitude to yourself, things become easier. In this session, you will be guided down a soft, wide pathway into the heart of gratitude. Gratitude is magnetic and when you are grateful, you are happy, Begin by taking a breath of gratitude for the way you are present in this moment. In this meditation, you will have the opportunity to discover the incredible power that comes from being grateful. When you feel gratitude for yourself and life, you will experience untold grace and ease.

Tending To The Hurt Places
Another pathway to loving yourself involves tending to your hurt places. In the previous sessions, you’ve cultivated a space of self-love where you've cultivated the inner resources to hold and love these tender places. Please be gentle. It’s best not to force them into submission because if you do, they will only dig their heels in. In this session, you will have a chance to drop into the deeply resourced space you’ve been cultivating and heal. The pain of the past is healed in the present when you invite it to join you in the inner garden of unconditional love.

Freedom From The Voices In Your Head
You are now more than halfway through this course, which is an expression of your dedication to loving yourself. In today’s session, you will learn how to bring awareness to the unkind voices in your head and how to reframe what they are saying so your inner voice consistently speaks to you with words of love and support, rather than harmful criticism. The voice of the subconscious is powerful and in this session, you will discover how to harness its power so that you can feel deeply good about yourself.

Let Go & Trust
In your journey through this course, you have gathered many resources. And in today’s meditation, you will be guided down the pathway of letting go and trusting. At times, this may feel scary. Trust that you are ready. When you let go of the known, you step into the unknown. Before we begin, place a hand on your heart and feel how you are held in love. Now, close your eyes, and let us step into the unknown field of infinite love.

Living In Alignment With Your Heart
In this session, you will have the chance to align with your heart. Aligning with your heart enables you to live a life where you can love yourself fully. By doing this, you cultivate an environment where you can feel love and live in harmony with yourself. It’s as if you are nurturing the garden bed of existence with just the right ingredients, and in the garden of your own heart, you can grow whatever you intend. You may find yourself opening to a quality of ecstatic joy beyond what you can begin to imagine.

Anchoring Into The Ocean Of Self-love
Please take a moment to honor your devotion to your practice. You are doing the deep work of showing up for love. You have cleared the way to gracefully enter the ocean of self-love that lives within you. In this session, you will be gently guided to discover the nature of who you are and in this, the pain of separation can melt away. Experiencing yourself as love opens you to true freedom. Let us take this time together to clear any last vestiges of misidentification and let thoughts of unworthiness be cast into the vast ocean of infinite self-love.

Celebrate Yourself As Love
You have made it to the last day of the course and it’s time to celebrate! Thank you for caring about yourself enough to take this journey into self-love. Thank you for recognizing that you are worthy of loving. You have tasted your essential nature. In this final session, you will be slowly guided into the depths of love and invited to rest and savor the gift of knowing that who you are is sacred. Now is the moment to celebrate the blessing of being awake and alive.

Lovely nurturing slow paced meditation about self worth, growing into authentic self and brining along a sense of safety. I binged this course which is not recommended. It is best dosed slow and once a day. I will bookmark for times of need. Steady strong tender voice. Much appreciated.
