Achieve Now is an audio coaching program designed for individuals who have a personal or professional goal and are having difficulty bringing that vision to fruition. The program can be taken daily or weekly, primarily utilizing Dr. Gathers' proprietary “MAP” coaching system. You will learn about objectivity, accountability, and how to optimize health and create more physical and emotional energy. This is an audio version of a more in-depth live course that contains, group work, a detailed workbook, and one-to-one coaching sessions. For the purpose of this course, each daily session are structured in a way that it combines two sessions, each with space for an exercise (e.g. Day 1 contains the week 1 and week 2 sessions). How you think informs what you do. What you do literally creates your future. For the next two weeks, we will dive into your thought patterns - how you think and why you think. We will also identify what goal you would like to achieve through the Achieve Now! program. This audio recording contains the sessions for day/ week 1 and day/ week 2.

Energy
Achievement is impossible without energy. During the next few weeks, we will dive into your diet and physical movement and see how we can create the fuel for the task ahead. This audio recording contains the sessions for day/ week 3 and day/ week 4.

Blind Spots
There are behaviors in your life that negatively affect you each day, but you may have difficulty identifying them. Those are called blind spots. This week we will uncover some of those blind spots and learn how to change them in a positive way. This audio recording contains the sessions for day/ week 5 and day/ week 6.

Habits
Habits are the active form of mindset. How you set your mental perspective informs what you do. That’s all a habit is. What you do every day, either helps or harms your life goals. We will look at your habits as an extension of mindset, forming best practices to implement daily. This audio recording contains the sessions for day/ week 7 and day/ week 8.

The People In Your Life
The people around you influence your success and demise. Although they are not the ultimate determiners, they do play a big role. These two weeks, we will be diving into your circle of friends, family, and colleagues and looking to see who may need to be transitioned out of your life to support the success vision you have for yourself to help you achieve now! After 10 weeks of learning about yourself and understanding how the Life “MAP” helps or harms, you can now begin to implement the tools and tactics you have learned, comprehensively, in the service of achieving your vision.
