Welcome.
This meditation is for women to be able to access their masculine energy.
But it's not for all women.
This is a meditation for balance only.
If you are a woman,
And you find that sometimes or often you feel victimized,
Powerless,
Needy,
Or dependent,
A need or desire to manipulate,
Or maybe overly sensitive,
This meditation is for you.
So let us begin as we always do.
Feet flat on the floor.
Close your eyes.
Take both hands and place them on your thighs.
And begin to breathe deeply.
We're going to breathe for a count of 10.
In through your nose,
And out through pursed lips.
Begin.
And just drop into your body as you breathe.
Feel everything.
Your hands.
Your thighs.
Your knees.
Your butt touching the chair.
Your back straight.
Feel it all.
If you've gotten to 10,
Take two more deep breaths.
Now,
I want you to put your awareness in your right foot.
Continue to breathe.
Just feel your right foot.
And we're going to travel up to your right ankle.
And now the front of your right leg.
And now the back of your right leg.
So from your knee down,
Feel your entire consciousness in your leg.
Just feel the energy.
Continuing to travel up to the knee and the top of the thigh.
And now the back of the knee and the back of the thigh.
Feel that.
Your entire leg from your hip all the way down to your big toe.
Your entire foot,
Ankle,
Leg,
Knee,
And thigh are all vibrating.
You feel it?
Just on the right side.
Now let's continue to move up through your hip on the right.
The right side only of your stomach.
The right side only of your chest.
The right side only of your shoulder.
Just feel what that feels like.
That the entire right side from your shoulder all the way down to your big toe.
Your consciousness is there.
That's what you feel.
Now your right upper back.
Your right middle back.
Your right lower back.
And your right glute.
So now your entire right side from your shoulder to your hip through your butt,
Through your knee,
Through your ankle,
Into your big toe.
It's vibrating.
And you feel it.
You still feel your left side,
But all your energy and attention is on the right side of your body.
Now we're going to continue up the front neck on the right side.
And your right face all the way up your jaw,
The right side of your lip,
The right side of your nose,
The right eye,
The right eyebrow,
And your right forehead.
All in the front.
Just feel that.
Don't forget to breathe.
Continuing back from your right forehead to the right back of your head all the way down.
And circling your ear down the back part of the neck on the right side.
And just feel what that feels like from the top of your head flowing all the way down on the right side to your ear on the right side to your shoulder on the right side to your chest in the front,
In your back,
In the back,
Flowing all the way down through your butt,
Through your hips,
Through your legs,
To your big toe.
And just feel what that feels like.
And let's breathe five deep breaths on that side.
And as you breathe in,
You're breathing air into the right side of your body.
Meaning as you breathe in,
With each breath,
You feel the right side receiving love,
Receiving light,
Receiving strength.
Now going down from the shoulder,
You're going to go down the right arm,
The entire arm,
The entire right elbow,
Right forearm,
And right hand.
Feel your consciousness in your entire right arm.
If your shoulder is tight,
Relax it on the right side.
Drop it.
Breathe energy into it.
Let it relax.
So by now in this meditation,
The entire right side of your body is activated,
Is energized from your face on the right down to your nose on the right to your lips,
Shoulder,
Your entire arm,
Hip,
Butt,
Legs,
Knee,
All the way down to your big toe.
Let's take three breaths and just feel that.
Now as you feel this,
One last thing we're going to do,
It will take a little bit of concentration,
But you can do it.
If you find it difficult to do now,
With practice,
You can do it.
I want you to search for your power center and where that is,
Is right where your stomach ends and your chest begins,
Right in the middle.
And as you breathe,
Every deep breath you take in,
I want you to see a white light in that area just expand and vibrate and expand.
And then that white light slowly transforms into a beautiful orange.
And you can just feel it sitting there,
Right in your power center,
Right below your chest and right above your stomach,
Right in the middle.
And every time you breathe and you breathe energy into it,
It just gets a little bigger.
Continue to breathe.
With each breath,
It gets bigger and bigger until eventually it's filling up the entire room that you're in.
Just visualize that grow.
I'll give you a couple minutes to see that.
Just continue to breathe.
Just take 10 more deep breaths.
Take 10 more deep breaths.
You're getting beautiful.
Please open your eyes.
This brings this particular meditation to an end.
Practice it as often as you'd like.
And I promise that with consistency,
You will see a change.
I'm actually going to give you a challenge.
Do this meditation three times a week.
For one month,
Something special will happen.
