Welcome.
Today we are going to connect with our pineal gland.
The pineal gland helps us with connection,
Intuition,
And creativity.
As you begin the meditation,
Find a comfortable,
Quiet place to sit,
Or you will not be disturbed for at least five minutes.
Place both your feet flat on the floor.
Place both your hands on your thighs.
Spine straight and your chin slightly tucked for comfort.
As you begin to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth,
Start to relax all the parts of your body that may be tense.
In through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
Continue to breathe.
As you breathe,
Especially when you breathe out,
Purse your lips slightly just to create a little bit of pressure.
This helps with the relaxation.
As you continue to breathe,
Be very mindful of those parts of your body that may be tense.
One part that we often don't realize is tense is the face.
So as you breathe out,
Relax the face.
If your shoulder is tight,
Take a deep breath in.
And as you breathe out,
Relax the shoulder.
Just take five or six more breaths and get the body totally relaxed.
If you're comfortable,
Your body is as relaxed as possible.
We may begin the meditation.
In the middle of your eyebrows,
Right in the middle,
Concentrate and put your attention there.
As you continue to breathe,
You're going to feel as though right behind your forehead in between your eyes,
There's going to be a light.
I want you to visualize a white light right in between your eyebrows,
Just behind your skin.
Visualize that white light,
The whitest light that you've ever seen beaming.
Breathe and visualize that light and feel it.
Feel the light,
Feel its warmth,
Feel its vibration.
Put your hand on your heart,
Right hand,
Put your right hand on your heart.
Continue to breathe and feel that light.
Now slowly,
I want you to visualize that light turning from white to a beautiful violet.
To beautiful violet.
Feel it.
Continue to breathe.
You may start to feel a tingling in between your eyebrows.
It's okay.
That's normal.
If you do not feel the tingle,
That's normal also.
Takes time.
Continue to breathe.
With each breath,
You see the violet light shine bright.
Just feel it.
Let's take three more deep breaths.
As you see and feel that violet light,
Continue to take those breaths.
If your eyes are closed,
You may open your eyes.
Place your hand,
Your right hand back on your thigh.
This ends the meditation.
As you practice this meditation,
Over time,
You will find something special happening inside of you.
Things will become a lot clearer.
You'll be able to access ideas and your projects will go a lot smoother.
But it takes practice.
It takes time.
Be patient with yourself and love yourself.
