This meditation is for men to be able to access more feminine energy.
But this is not for all men.
The purpose of this meditation is to bring things into balance.
If you are a man,
And sometimes or often you feel over-aggression,
The need to control or dominate,
The need or the habit of criticizing.
If you feel like you've been abusive or confrontational.
If you find difficulty feeling emotion,
Like compassion,
Love or empathy.
This meditation is for you.
So we will start as we always do.
Feet flat on the floor.
Make sure you are in a comfortable seated position.
Hands on your thighs.
And begin to breathe.
In through your nose and out through pursed lips.
Let's get 10 nice deep breaths.
Feel your hands fall into your body as you breathe.
Begin to feel your body,
Your legs,
Your arms,
Hands,
Your chest,
Back.
Feel these parts of yourself.
The top of your scalp,
Your neck,
Your ears.
Just tell yourself,
Welcome home.
Really get into your body.
Now that we are nice and relaxed,
I want you to start with your left foot.
Put all your attention and intention in your left foot.
Continue to breathe.
And as you breathe,
When you inhale in,
Send some energy to that foot.
And when you breathe out,
You are just breathing out any tension in your body.
And we are going to continue up now to your ankle.
Put your concentration in your ankle.
Feel it.
Your foot and your ankle.
Now up the front of your leg to your knee on the left side.
Now continuing from the ankle up the back of your leg to the back of your knee on the left side.
And what you should feel is just a little vibration.
If you are new to meditating,
You may not feel anything.
But if you are new to meditation,
You may not feel anything.
If you are new to meditation,
You may not feel anything.
But just do the best you can and concentrate on those areas.
Left foot,
Left ankle,
Front and back of left leg,
Your entire left knee.
Just feel it.
Put your concentration there.
Breathe energy into it.
Now we are going to continue.
The left thigh,
The top of the left thigh where your hand is,
All the way to the hip.
And then from the back of your knee to the back of your left leg,
All the way to the buttock.
And so from your left hip all the way down to the left knee to the left leg,
Left ankle and left foot.
Have all your attention and intention there.
You should feel it.
And now we are going to continue up.
The left side of your stomach,
The left side of your chest,
The left side of your shoulder.
So from your shoulder on the left side and the front,
Going all the way down through your stomach,
Through your hip,
Through your thigh,
Through your knee,
Down your leg,
To your ankle,
To your left big toe.
You should feel that energy flow and that connection all on that side.
And it's not that you don't feel your right side,
It's just the left side you feel the most intently,
The most intensity.
Because that's where your intention and your attention is.
Continuing from the shoulder we're going to go down the left arm to the elbow all the way to the hand.
Your entire left arm,
Left shoulder,
Left chest,
Hip,
Leg,
Knee,
Foot,
Big toe is all connected.
Continue to breathe into it.
Continuing we're going to go up from the shoulder on the left side,
We're going to go up the left side of the neck.
Your face or your lips on the left side,
Your nose on the left side,
Your left eye and left eyebrow,
And your left forehead.
All feeling the intention and attention of your energy.
And continuing to breathe as we go to the back of the head on the left side,
Back of the neck on the left side.
And if your shoulder was a little tense just relax it on the left.
So your entire left side,
Left side of your face,
Left side of your neck,
Left shoulder,
Chest,
Stomach,
Hip,
Thigh,
Knee,
Leg,
Ankle,
Big toe are all connected.
You feel it,
Continue to breathe,
And as you breathe if you can,
See if you can intensify the feeling on that side.
By just taking a deeper breath,
Breathing more energy into that side.
You may not feel anything but don't get discouraged.
Just continue to breathe.
Just get three breaths in.
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Now,
We're going to try something as we continue to breathe and you still feel everything on that left side.
You're going to try to access our power center as we breathe and as we feel all this beautiful energy on the left side of our bodies.
Your power center is in the middle of your torso,
Right where your stomach ends and your chest begins,
Right in that area.
And some of you who have done chakra work may be able to feel it or know exactly where it is.
But those that haven't,
Let's just play.
See what you feel.
It's below the chest but above the stomach,
Right in that area.
And see what you feel there.
Now,
As you continue to breathe and you feel this beautiful light energy and love on the left side of your body,
Also feel a white light or see a white light come into that power center with each breath.
And as you breathe,
It continues to get bigger and bigger.
You feel it stronger and stronger.
Continue to breathe.
Now,
That white light slowly starts to turn into a beautiful orange.
And it continues to grow and grow and grow.
And with each breath,
It grows bigger and bigger.
We're going to take five more breaths.
And by the time we're done,
That orange light will have filled up the entire room that you're sitting in.
And as you breathe,
You feel the light coming out of your body.
You feel the light coming out of your body.
And as you breathe,
You feel the light coming out of your body.
Okay,
Great.
And you just feel that orange light emanating from your power center filling the whole room.
The left side of your body vibrating.
Let's take three more deep breaths.
Now open your eyes.
This is a beautiful meditation gift for you.
