Intensive breath work practices which I had to psych myself up to do each day and were 100% worth it! As soon as I started each day I was so glad I did as I felt immediately relaxed and energized and the benefits lasted all day! It’s an amazing practice Ben leads us into. Very intuitive. And very healing too. It feels like I was flossing my spine, as we floss our teeth, bringing softness into it.
